 There is a mart right around it, and it is good to have a shopping mall mart on the main road just 3 blocks away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamento molto bello, spazioso e confortevole, una vera sorpresa, ci aspettavamo brutte sorprese! Siamo stati in 9, unica pecca un solo bagno, ma grande con bella doccia e anche phon. Parquet, quadri, lavastoviglie, ben riscaldato a gennaio. Atrio in via di ristrutturazione, pazienza, sarà per questo prezzo ottimo. 5 minuti dalla fermata metro Rochusgasse nei pressi della Landstraße, tre fermate dalla centralissima Stephansplatz. Metro super efficiente e veloce. Tornerei volentieri!
Very nice, spacious and comfortable apartment, a real surprise, we expected bad surprises! We stayed in 9, the only flaw is one bathroom, but large with a nice shower and also a hairdryer. Parquet, paintings, dishwasher, well heated in January. Atrium under renovation, patience, it will be for this excellent price. 5 minutes from the Rochusgasse metro station near the Landstraße, three stops from the central Stephansplatz. Super efficient and fast meter. Would gladly go back!
