Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen normalerweise würde ich keinen Stern geben !!!!! Unkopitent, Unfreundlich! Liefertermin wurde trotz Versprechen nicht eingehalten, mehrere Wochen Lieferverspätung! Ein Endgegenkommen bzw eine Entschuldigung kann man sich von einem Firmenchef erwarten stattdessen lässt man die Kunden Stunden vor der Tür warten und bekommt Antworten wie,, dann kommens später wieder trotz Öffnungszeiten
!! Wir empfehlen das Unternehmen nicht weiter!!

Not to be recommended at all normally I would not give a star !!!!! Uncopitent, unfriendly! The delivery date was not kept despite the promise, several weeks delivery delay! You can expect an endorsement or an apology from a company boss instead you let the customers wait hours in front of the door and get answers like, "Then come back later despite opening times
!! We do not recommend the company to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe heute den 01.04.21 meine zwei Küchen Hochschränke bekommen. Leider musste ich feststellen, daß die Türen nicht zum Korpus passen. Habe versucht die Firma in Wien 3 zu erreichen ,ohne Erfolg da die Tel.Nr abgeschaltet ist. Man kann weder auf Band sprechen noch per Handy anrufen, einfach abgedreht.
Das ist sehr ergerlich und Kunden Unfreundliches verhalten.
Kein Aprilscherz.
Eine Fünfsterne Bewertung doch, weil der Chef mich kontaktiert hat und das Problem zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit gelöst hat.

I got my two kitchen tall cabinets today, April 1st, 21st. Unfortunately, I had to find out that the doors did not fit the body. Tried to reach the company in Vienna 3 without success because the phone number is switched off. You can neither speak on tape nor call by cell phone, just turned off.
This is very annoying and customers behave in an unfriendly manner.
Not an April Fool's joke.
A five-star rating, because the boss contacted me and solved the problem to my complete satisfaction.
