Also ich bin dort extra am Samstag in der Frühnum 09.00Uhr mit Freude mit meinem Freund hingefahren und so schnell kam dann die Enttäuschung. Eine junge Dame war alleine im shop am 6.11. 9uhr mit langen braunen Haaren hat mich bedient und mein Freund war dabei...aber ich bin so der Mensch der sich das kurz überlegen möchte und eine Runde gehen wollte und wieder zurück...die Dame war sehr genervt von meinen Fragen und wg der Pflegeanleitung etc...ich meinte ich überlege es mir noch kurz...darauf kam "wie du möchtest"mit einem unangenehmen Ton und kein wiedersehen nichts. 1. Ich bin 36 und ich kenne Sie nicht Sie muss mich nicht per du ansprechen...2. Wenn Sie einen schlechten Tag hatte gleich in der Früh ist es nicht meine Schuld..Fazit ich kaufe woanders denke ich und das war das1. Und letzte mal.was euch sicher egal sein wird aber dennoch würde ich den shop niemandem mehr weiter empfehlen. Ich war 15j im Verkauf und hätte ich so reagiert hätte ich damals warsch. Eine Fristlose bekommen...denn der Kunde soll nicht auf Zwang kaufen er soll wiederkommen etc. Und gutes Berichten aber solche Verkäufer gibt es leider nicht mehr...bzw. selten - viell. Hat Sie gekündigt das kann gutmöglich sein. I give 1 point as 0 points are not possible. If you had a bad day first thing in the morning it's not my fault .. Conclusion I buy somewhere else I think and that was that1. And last time, which you won't care, but I wouldn't recommend the shop to anyone. I was 15 years old in sales and if I had reacted like that, I would have been at the time. Get a deadline ... because the customer shouldn't buy under pressure, he should come back, etc. And good reports, but unfortunately there are no longer such sellers ... or. seldom - a lot. Has given you notice that may well be possible.

Und 7,50€ Nach Deutschland. Aber für ein 125ml spray so viel Versand? Dann kam das Paket und für ein 125ml so ein Paket zu packen ist dem Kunden gegenüber frech und der Umwelt sowieso! I saw the cleaner spray at my cousin's and think it's TOP. Ordered directly. 9.90 € the spray - totally ok. € 6.00 within Austria. And € 7.50 to Germany. But so much shipping for a 125ml spray? Then the package came and packing such a package for a 125ml is cheeky towards the customer and the environment anyway!
A	Alina Sommer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach Wahnsinn! Die Mädels von Chaarmant verstehen ihr Handwerk wirklich. Sie nehmen sich sehr viel Zeit und die Ergebnisse können sich sehen lassen! Meine Freundin und ich sind einfach nur begeistert. Sie kam sogar sehr spontan noch dran obwohl eigentlich gar kein Termin mehr frei war. Wir lieben unsere neuen Haare. Dafür hat sich die Reise von Leipzig nach Wien mehr als gelohnt !! Vielen Dank nochmal. Awesome! The girls from Chaarmant really understand their craft. You take a lot of time and the results are impressive! My girlfriend and I are just thrilled. It was even very spontaneous, although there was actually no appointment available. We love our new hair. The trip from Leipzig to Vienna was more than worth it !! Thank you again.

Mein Kopf leuchtet nur so vor lauter weiße Punkte und Bruchstellen! Soviel Geld für so schlechte Haare zu bezahlen tut wirklich sehr weh! Ich möchte anmerken das ich die Haarpflege Serie von Hemp benutze die direkt auf der Homepage beworben wird für die Haarteile! I would like to give more, but I honestly think that my bondings turned out to be extremely split-ends after the first hair wash! My head just glows with white dots and breaks! Paying so much money for such bad hair really hurts! I would like to note that I use the hair care series from Hemp which is advertised directly on the homepage for the hairpieces!

Habe jetzt seit ca. 4 Jahren Chaarmant Extensions, aber diese Charge ist furchtbar, strohig, splissig, ich habe in denn Spitzen nur mehr weisse Punkte und sie verfilzen auch total schnell….Ich verwende sogar extra die empfohlene Hemp Serie.. I'm not satisfied at all! I've had Charmant Extensions for about 4 years now, but this batch is terrible, straw-like, split ends, I only have white dots in the tips and they also tangle really quickly....I even use the recommended Hemp series...
V	V B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mir tape Extensions gekauft. In braun und sie mir vom Friseur rein machen lassen. Leider jetzt nach 1 Monat sind viele nicht mehr braun sondern werden blond. Die Haare sind extrem Strohig trotz sehr guter Pflege. Einige Haare sehen aus wie Kunsthaare und nicht echt Haar. Ich kaufe die Haare nicht mehr Qualität und Preis stehen nicht im richtigen Verhältnis. I bought tape extensions. In brown and let the hairdresser do it for me. Unfortunately, now after 1 month, many are no longer brown but become blonde. The hair is extremely strawy despite very good care. Some hair looks like synthetic hair and not real hair. I don't buy the hair anymore. The quality and price are not in proportion.

Ich habe dazu eine unmögliche Haarfarbe und die nette Friseurin hier hat es perfekt angepasst. ❤️ The extensions quality is very, very high quality. Normally, something like that costs three times as much at GreatLengths. I have an impossible hair color to go with it and the lovely hairstylist here matched it perfectly. ❤️

The team in Vienna are only interested in taking your money without having proof of what they are saying and are not being helpful at all! Take care of this ladies who are just interested in profit but no customer satisfaction! They lie you in fhe face that they cannot return you the products!
