★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nix zu meckern. Fahr zum Pickerl schon mehrere Jahre hin. Wenn was nicht passt wirds erklärt. Und nix aufs Auge gedrückt. Klare Empfehlung!
Nothing to complain about. Drive to the pickerl for several years. If something does not fit it's explained. And nothing pressed on the eye. Clear recommendation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KFZ Werkstatt, ein Volvo Spezialist, hat auch Samstag von 9:00 bis 13:00 offen, für Problem Lösung auch am Wochenende.
Car workshop, a Volvo specialist, is also open on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., for problem solving also on weekends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider ist das Thema Reklamation und Rücksendung nach wie vor eine Frechheit bei Autodoc.
Die Firma Autodoc liefert falsche Teile, welche inkombatibel mit meinem Auto sind, obwohl das richtige Modell, BJ, PS echt ausgewählt wurde.
Die Rücksendung muss jedoch trotzdem auf Kosten des Kunden erfolgen!
Bei Bestellwert 110€ und Rücksendekosten von 30€ durch die österreichische Post (20 kg Paket von AT nach DE), hat sich hiermit bestätigt, dass Autodoc keine Alternative zum regionalen Ersatzteilhändler ist, sondern ganz im Gegenteil.
Mein Händler regional ist, 1. ) günstiger, 2.) Liefert wesentlich schneller. um 17:50 Uhr bestellen, am nächsten Tag in der Früh um 8 abholbereit und 3.) Liefert keine falschen Teile, bestellt laut FIN und anderen Infos im Zulassungsschein.
Fazit: Nie wieder Autodoc!
Unfortunately, the subject of complaints and returns is still a cheek at Autodoc.
The company Autodoc supplies wrong parts, which are incompatible with my car, although the correct model, BJ, PS was really selected.
However, the return must still be made at the customer's expense!
With an order value of 110 € and return costs of 30 € by the Austrian Post (20 kg parcel from AT to DE), this has confirmed that Autodoc is not an alternative to regional spare parts dealers, but quite the opposite.
My dealer is regional, 1.) cheaper, 2.) delivers much faster. order at 5:50 p.m., ready for collection the next morning at 8 a.m.
Conclusion: never again Autodoc!
