Musste aufgrund der Auflösung meines Autohändlers zu Opel Ebner wechseln. Anfangs war ich mit dem Service und der Kundenorientierung nicht sonderlich zufrieden. War zu sehr von meinem alten Autohändler verwöhnt. Aber mittlerweile hat Opel Ebner auf diesem Gebiet sehr gut aufgeholt und kann hier mithalten.
 Very competent, solution-oriented, accommodating.
Had to switch to Opel Ebner due to the closure of my car dealer. At first I wasn't particularly satisfied with the service and customer focus. Was too spoiled by my old car dealer. But in the meantime, Opel Ebner has caught up very well in this area and can keep up here.

Nach einer Testfahrt in Felixdorf entschied ich mich für den Kauf eines Gebrauchtwagens von Autohaus Ebner, sagte fix zu und erhielt den Kaufvertrag per Email.
Da im Vertrag die Bezeichnung des Auto-Modells falsch angeführt war, bat ich um Korrektur, doch anstatt einen korrigierten Kaufvertrag zu erhalten, wurde der Wagen kurzerhand von Herrn Soher an jemand anderen verkauft, der nachweislich erst viel später kam.
Das ist keine Art Kunden zu behandeln und Geschäfte zu machen, vermeiden sie diesen Händler / Verkäufer!!
Attention dubious car dealers!
After a test drive in Felixdorf, I decided to buy a used car from Autohaus Ebner, said yes and received the purchase contract by email.
Since the description of the car model was wrong in the contract, I asked for a correction, but instead of receiving a corrected sales contract, Mr. Soher sold the car to someone else who demonstrably came much later.
This is no way of treating customers and doing business, avoid this dealer/seller!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During the return from vacation we met an unpleasant failure of the car tire. We arrived at the first service and it was Autohaus Ebner - Felixdorf. Polite employees quickly tried to help us, but the tires could not be repaired. Employees quickly ordered new tires and the next day we could go home. Many thanks to Tomi for help in communication. A company worth recommending.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had car repaired within warranty. One week later received a call that the warranty claim was declined by Toyota in Austria and that I have to pay and ask for reimbursement in country of purchase.
Found it very unprofessional that the dealership didn't know this or couldn't verify upfront. Especially because before repair I even got email from the dealership stating that warranty extension is valid in Austria as well.
