Habe dort einen Gebrauchtwagen gekauft. Händler hat mir versichert dass dort alles passt - dem war auch so. Arbö Ankaufstest: Es wurden keine Mängel festgestellt. Super Preis, Auto Tip Top, Kaufabwicklung reibungslos. Update: Habe jetzt auch die Werkstatt in Anspruch genommen. Alles perfekt!

Wurden durch Hrn.Gernot Wartler sehr gut beraten, angenehme Atmosphäre vor Ort. Kurz und einfach: wir waren von der Probefahrt, mit der Beratung, dem Kauf und der gesamten Abwicklung sehr zu frieden und können das Autohaus sehr weiterempfehlen.

Erste Adresse für wahre Citroen Fahrer! Hohe Fachkompetenz gepaart mit einem äußerst netten Team vom Chef bis zu den Mechanikern. Ich bin seit Jahren Kunde und hoch zufrieden. Es wurde noch jedes Problem gelöst und das zu fairen Preisen. Ich kenne keine bessere Fachwerkstätte und gratuliere dem ganzen Team!

Super zuvorkommender Service. Schnelle wie auch vor allem eine kompetente sowie ehrliche Beratung. Terminvergabe erfolgt rasch und problemlos - Preisangaben ziemlich genau und absolut transparent (preislich als offizieller Partner ein wenig über anderen Werkstätten). Insgesamt sehr zufrieden!

450.-Euro für ein erstes Service (Ölwechsel) bei einem neuen Fahrzeug ist doch ein sehr stolzer Preis!

TL;DR: Buying Cars here is great, Workshop is slow but is priced fair. Also seems to be the only ones that can do standard repairs without damaging something else on my car. I bought my current new car here, I felt really at home and the dealer gave me a pretty good deal. The workshop however is quite a mixed bag for me. They take advance reservation which is good, you then bring your car in and it even shows on a display above the counter. But it does not seem to mean anything. I had a reservation to get my tires changed. I sat there for an hour. I asked them to check if there was something wrong with my left wiper and they fixed it. Which was nice but I like to be asked before getting a 30 bucks markup on the procedure. (However they saved me double that for a full replacement so I let it slip) My father also bought his car there and it happened to him as well. Apparently they could not find his tires. Which is peculiar if you know that you have customer x come for procedure y in two weeks, one would think they would try to locate those tires in advance. I just had my second tire change and it seemed to work in the 30 minutes they told me - however I did not wait there so I can't say for sure. I still find 30 minutes is quite the time for a tire swap. Without power tools and a lifting ramp I probably manage to do it in 60 minutes. However - I drive 60 minutes here to get my tires changed. They give me the feeling that they work hard to keep me as a customer. Until now they are the first maker endorsed workshop that did not break something while doing minimal repairs (like others I visited with this car and the ones prior).
