★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super spontan, auch noch in der letzten Minute vor (verdientem) Feierabend. Gute Beratung - netterweise wurden mir auch gleich die Scheibenwischblätter gewechselt. Kann ich für kleinere Reparaturen jedenfalls weiterempfehlen!
 Super spontaneous, even in the last minute before (deserved) work. Good advice - kindly the wiper blades were also changed for me. I can definitely recommend it for minor repairs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr begrenzte Auswahl an Reifen. Mir wurde empfohlen meine gewünschten Autoreifen online zu bestellen. Selbstverständlich hab ich meine neuen Reifen dann dort nicht mehr montieren lassen da fremdmontage Aufpreis zu zahlen. Somit ist nun nach Forstinger auch ATU für mich gestorben. Stetig steigende Preise bei gleichzeitig sinkender Servicequalität.
Very limited choice of tires. I was advised to order the car tires I want online. Of course, I didn't have my new tires fitted there because I had to pay a surcharge for third-party fitting. So after Forstinger, ATU died for me. Constantly rising prices with simultaneously falling service quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sehr schlechtes Service in dem Laden:
- Auf die Antwort einer Anfrage via eMail warte ich nun schon seit einem Monat
- Keiner trägt Maske, nicht mal mitten im Lockdown
- Auto nach Reifenwechsel zweimal schmutzig zurückbekommen, mit ungleichmässigem Reifendruck.
- Unfreundliches Personal, das keine Ahnung von professioneller Kundenkommunikation hat.
Unfortunately very bad service in the shop:
- I have been waiting for an answer to a request via email for a month now
- Nobody wears a mask, not even in the middle of lockdown
- Got the car back dirty twice after changing tires, with uneven tire pressure.
- Unfriendly staff who have no idea of professional customer communication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundliches Personal, sehr unprofessionell!!! Meinem Freund wurde gesagt, dass bestimmte Reifen nicht lagernd sind (in einem extrem aggressiven Ton) und er soll wo anders hin gehen.
Werden dort keine Dienste mehr in Anspruch nehmen.
Very unfriendly staff, very unprofessional! My friend was told that certain tires were out of stock (in an extremely aggressive tone) and should go elsewhere.
Will no longer use any services there.

Mimo iż zakład był prawie już zamknięty załoga postanowiła zostać dłużej i pomóc.
Bardzo nam pomogli, nie wspomnę iż za rozsądne pieniądze.
We were returning to Poland, we had wheel failures.
Even though the plant was almost closed, the crew decided to stay longer and help.
They helped us a lot, not to mention for reasonable money.
