Zuerst kommt der Apotheker/in, dann kontaktiere ich erst den Hausarzt. The service and advice is very competent and have had a good relationship for decades. The pharmacist comes first, then I contact the family doctor first.

Nachdem sie von der Ambulanz aus dem KH Medikamente verordnet bekam, steuerten wir noch die Apotheke an. Ich gab an, dass meine Mutter gebührenbefreit ist. Sie schnauzte mich an, dass wir das im Spital hätten sagen sollen. Als sie mir die Medikamente gab, bedankte ich mich dafür, sie wiederum fertigte mich kommentarlos und sichtlich genervt ab. Liebes Personal, erstens weiß man nicht immer wie man vorgehen muss und zweitens hat man in derartigen Notfällen andere Sorgen, das müsste Ihnen, wenn sie in dieser Branche arbeiten klar sein! Some time ago I had to call my mother on duty at night. After she was prescribed medication by the ambulance at the KH, we drove to the pharmacy. I stated that my mother is free of charge. She snapped at me that we should have said that in the hospital. When she gave me the medication, I thanked me for it, she in turn dealt with me without comment and visibly annoyed. Dear staff, firstly you don't always know how to proceed and secondly you have other worries in such emergencies, which should be clear to you if you work in this industry!

Gute Beratung ohne ellenlanger Belehrung beim Abholen eines Rezepts ;-) Die Öffnungszeiten sind aus meiner Sicht recht kundenorientiert. Da die Apotheke schon um 07:30 aufsperrt, kann man sich auch vor der Arbeit noch schnell etwas holen. Das über Mittag zu ist, ist für mich kein Problem. Extremely friendly staff, quick service. Good advice without lengthy instruction when picking up a recipe ;-) In my view, the opening times are quite customer-oriented. Since the pharmacy opens at 07:30, you can get something quickly before work. It is no problem for me to have lunch.
