Daraufhin habe ich mit Ende des Monats meinen gut bezahlten und sicheren Job gekündigt, um dann im Folgemonat die Anstellung bei der Fa.Zeko Mobility zu beginnen (wie vorher besprochen). Zu Monatsbeginn trat ich 15min vor Arbeitsbeginn in die Firma, grüßte freundlich, daraufhin wurde ich gefragt was ich hier mache, die Arbeit wurde schon an jemand anderen vergeben. Danach wurde ich "aufgeklärt", dass ich eine Woche früher hätte kommen sollen und somit unzuverlässig bin und die Firma mich nicht brauchen kann. Niemand hat mir bescheid gegeben, dass ich angeblich schon die Vorwoche hätte kommen sollen. Ich bin schwerstens entäuscht wie hier mit den "Mitarbeiter" umgegangen wird. After two days of trial work, I received verbal confirmation of a permanent position in vehicle construction. As a result, I quit my well-paid and secure job at the end of the month in order to start working at Zeko Mobility the following month (as previously discussed). At the beginning of the month, I entered the company 15 minutes before the start of work, gave a friendly greeting, then I was asked what I was doing here, the work had already been given to someone else. Then I was "informed" that I should have come a week earlier and that I am therefore unreliable and that the company cannot use me. Nobody told me that I supposedly should have come the week before. I am very disappointed how the "employees" are treated here.
