T	Thomas Edison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Berater sind sehr freundlich, nur die Dame an der Kassa ist nicht besonders freundlich und Kundenorientiert. Hatte keine gute Erfahrung mit Frau S.S. gemacht. Ich hatte meinen Prozent Gutschein vergessen und höflich darum gebeten ihn trotzdem zu berücksichtigen. Anstatt dessen musste ich mir auf unhöflicher weise anhören lassen wie "das kann jeder sagen und wahrscheinlich wurde er schon für ein anderen Artikel eingelöst..." So schnell sieht mich dieser Shop nicht mehr schade für die anderen Kollegen weil die sind wirklich freundlich. The advisors are very friendly, only the lady at the cash desk is not particularly friendly and customer-oriented. Didn't have a good experience with Ms. S.S. made. I had forgotten my percentage voucher and politely asked to consider it anyway. Instead, I had to listen to me in a rude way like "Anyone can say that and it has probably already been redeemed for another item ..." This shop doesn't seem a shame for the other colleagues because they are really friendly.

T	Thomas Stark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So gehts nicht !! wenn man einen Salomon Schuh der ca.14 Tage alt ist und maximal 1 std getragen wurde reklamiert weil sich dieser schon auflöst kann man sich eigentlich erwarten das dieser Schuh anstandslos umgetauscht wird. Leider nicht in dieser Intersport Filiale. Da wird der Schuh eingeschickt !!! und man hat ca.14 Tage lang keinen Schuh zuhause. Entweder ist die Filialleitung unfähig oder es sind Vorgaben von Intersport. Habe ich so noch nie erlebt. It doesn't work like that !! If you complain about a Salomon shoe that is around 14 days old and has been worn for a maximum of 1 hour because it has already dissolved, you can actually expect this shoe to be exchanged without any problems. Unfortunately not in this Intersport branch. The shoe will be sent in there! and you don't have a shoe at home for about 14 days. Either the branch management is incapable or there are instructions from Intersport. I've never seen it like this before.

C.J. behilflich sein könnte, bekam ich die Antwort - ich stehe nicht nur deppert herum, sondern habe gerade Kunden. Da fragt man sich dann wirklich, ob die Dame den richtigen Job hat! Schade nur für die anderen Mitarbeiter, die alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit sind, ich war immer sehr zufrieden. The last time I went shopping, I caught a particularly "friendly" employee. When I asked if Ms. C.J. could be helpful, I got the answer - I'm not just standing around stupid, I have customers right now. You really ask yourself if the lady has the right job! It's just a shame for the other employees, who are all very friendly and helpful, I was always very satisfied.
