R	Rikkert van Schagen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfecte en idyllische camping! Bijna on-Oostenrijks en misschien zelfs Frans. Voor de tenten is er een terrein met veel oude bomen waar je een plekje kunt kiezen en met geluk zit je direct aan het water (anders op max 30 meter afstand). Sanitair is niet nieuw, maar wordt goed schoon gehouden. Je zwemt, supt of kayakt vanaf de camping naar het meer. In de omgeving kun je wandelen, mountainbiken, klettersteigen en slot kufstein is ook leuk voor een regenachtige dag. Wij waren met onze kinderen in de leeftijd van 4 t/m 10 jaar en deze plek was echt perfect! Perfect and idyllic campsite! Almost un-Austrian and maybe even French. In front of the tents there is an area with many old trees where you can choose a spot and with luck you are right on the water (otherwise at a maximum distance of 30 meters). Sanitary facilities are not new, but are kept very clean. You swim, paddle or kayak from the campsite to the lake. In the area you can go hiking, mountain biking, via ferrata and Kufstein Castle is also fun for a rainy day. We were with our children aged 4 to 10 years and this place was really perfect!
T	Thomas Binder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin hin und her gerissen... Der Platz liegt 400m vom walchsee entfernt, man kann im Ablauf des Sees direkt hinschwimmen oder paddeln (Leihkanu vorhanden). Betreiber sind nett und zuvorkommend, die Stellplätze und die Zeltwiese bieten genug Schatten, und es ist sehr ruhig. Mehr oder weniger direkt im Wald. Die Sanitäranlagen sind relativ klein und recht alt, noch funktionsfähig und sauber. Es gibt zwei Spülplätze und direkt daneben einen Waschplatz für Handwäsche - der aber regelmäßig trotz Ausschilderung zum Essensreste abspülen verwendet wird (zu wenig Platz). Die Dauercamper räuchern den Platz an ihren Feuerstellen mit offenbar zu nassem Holz ein, glücklicherweise standen wir weiter entfernt... Der Platz an sich ist wirklich ruhig und idyllisch gelegen, etwas abseits und doch zentral (10min bis zur Ortsmitte zu Fuss), allerdings wirkt er etwas überfordert... Die Stellplätze sind eine Mischung aus Kies und plattem Gras mit Steinen und die erwähnten Sanitaranlagwn gehören mal wieder saniert. Der Platz hat wirklich Charme und der Betreiber gibt sich alle Mühe - dafür ist er aber ehrlich gesagt etwas zu teuer. Wer keinen Luxus erwartet und für die Lage am Bach bereit ist zu zahlen, ist hat einen schönen Platz und guten Aufenthalt! I'm torn ... The course is 400m away from Walchsee, you can swim or paddle directly down the lake (rental canoe available). Operators are nice and courteous, the pitches and the tent meadow offer enough shade, and it is very quiet. More or less directly in the forest. The sanitary facilities are relatively small and quite old, still functional and clean. There are two rinsing areas and right next to it a washing area for hand washing - which, however, is regularly used to rinse off leftover food despite the signs (too little space). The permanent campers smoke the place at their fireplaces with apparently too wet wood, luckily we were further away ... The place itself is really quiet and idyllic, a bit out of the way and yet central (10min to the town center on foot), but it seems a bit overwhelmed ... The pitches are a mixture of gravel and flat grass with stones and the mentioned sanitary facilities belong renovated again. The place really has charm and the operator makes every effort - but to be honest, it is a bit too expensive for that. If you don't expect luxury and are willing to pay for the location on the creek, you have a nice place and a good stay!
N	N R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr einfacher, sehr spärlich ausgestatteter und veralteter Campingplatz. Die guten Bewertungen waren für uns leider irreführend. Es gibt nur ein kleines lediglich überdachtes ungeheiztes altes Waschhaus, was im Verhältnis zur Anzahl der Plätze bei voller Belegung unzureichend und völlig veraltet ist. Es gibt keine Waschmaschine, kein Sanitär für Kinder, keinen Wickelplatz, keinen Aufenthaltsraum. Viele Plätze sind uneben und steinig, für Strom braucht man sehr sehr lange Kabel. Es gibt keine Schranke und scheinbar auch keine Ruhezeiten, da sowohl nachts um halb 12 noch neben uns aufgebaut wurde als auch morgens vor 9 auf der anderen Seite. Müll wird getrennt aber die alten Plastikeimer stehen an jeder Ecke, was zwar praktisch ist, aber sehr unschön aussieht. Baden kann man im Fluss, jedoch für Kinder völlig ungeeignet, da die Badestelle direkt an einer gefährlichen Staustufe liegt. Es führt eine Treppe ins Wasser, gleichzeitig hängen Verbotsschilder. Hunde sind erlaubt, was dazu geführt hat, dass wir unmittelbar um uns (keine 3m Abstand) 5 Hunde hatten - das muss man mögen. Landschaftlich ist der Platz sehr schön, man könnte so viel mehr daraus machen, wenn mal ein bisschen investiert würde. Die Preise sind für den mangelnden Komfort nicht gerechtfertigt: Gute 30€ für eine Übernachtung ohne Strom, ohne Hund, ohne Kinder. Der Campingwart war freundlich. Very simple, very sparsely equipped and outdated campsite. Unfortunately, the good reviews were misleading for us. There is only one small, only covered, unheated old wash house, which in relation to the number of places when fully occupied is inadequate and completely out of date. There is no washing machine, no sanitary facilities for children, no changing area, no lounge. Many places are uneven and stony, and electricity requires very, very long cables. There are no barriers and apparently no rest periods either, as the set-up was carried out next to us at half past ten and in the morning before 9 on the other side. Garbage is separated but the old plastic buckets are on every corner, which is practical, but looks very ugly. You can swim in the river, but completely unsuitable for children, as the bathing area is located directly on a dangerous barrage. A staircase leads into the water, at the same time there are prohibition signs. Dogs are allowed, which led to the fact that we had 5 dogs immediately around us (no 3m distance) - you have to like that. The landscape is very beautiful, you could make so much more of it if you invest a little. The prices are not justified for the lack of comfort: A good 30 € for an overnight stay without electricity, without a dog, without children. The campsite attendant was friendly.

Wir können diesen Platz für Familien empfehlen, die gerne in die Berge und an den See fahren. Fünf Sterne? We are on site for the third time with the caravan. It is a beautifully located campsite with a very nice operator. We can recommend this place for families who like to go to the mountains and the lake. Five stars?
S	Susann Droessler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Name Naturcampingplatz ist Programm: am Fuße des Berges, unter Bäumen und am Fluss schlägt man hier sein Zelt auf. Camping mit einfachen und sehr sauberen sanitären Anlagen. Sehr netter Platzwart, jede Frage wird gern beantwortet, wie bei Freunden wird gern geholfen. Wer die 5 Sterne der Campingindustrie sucht ist hier fehl am Platz: sternenklare Nächte erleben hier eher Familien und „back to basics“ Camper, die sogenannte Rei-in-der-Tube Fraktion :) The name Naturcampingplatz says it all: you pitch your tent here at the foot of the mountain, under trees and by the river. Camping with simple and very clean sanitary facilities. Very nice groundskeeper, every question is gladly answered, like with friends, we are happy to help. Anyone looking for the 5 stars of the camping industry is out of place here: starry nights are more likely to be experienced by families and "back to basics" campers, the so-called re-in-the-tube faction :)
