I have been camping for over 25 years, and this is the best ever. Own bar and restaurant, showers and toilets facilities spectacular, near to the most wonderful Austrian village in the country. Go, enjoy, immerse yourself in the welcoming people....but don't tell anyone it's a secret.

We stayed here in July 2020 and found the camping to be quiet, with extremely clean and spacious bathroom and shower facilities. The staff was friendly and prices were reasonable. There is a lot of cool nature close to the camping, so we found it a great basecamp for exploring the area. It was nice and quiet at night

Practical location. Easy to get to various hiking trails. Delicious restaurant. Clean, well equipped, and fancy bathrooms. Other than that, it was difficult to get restful sleep. It is situated right along the train tracks with trains passing by every half hour or so even through the middle of the night. Quiet hours weren't enforced so at 2 -3 AM people could still be heard loudly hanging out on the restaurant terrace every night my family and I were there. Street lights border most of the site, which you would think would make it safer, our experience the last night proved otherwise though. We were assigned a spot directly under one and it was so bright you couldn't tell it was night time outside. When my husband asked if it was possible to switch he was greeted with such an unpleasant response then begrudgingly told to check the next day that the issue was dropped. This was a lucky decision since at ~2 AM our last night there, without quiet hours enforced and no security around and despite the bright street light, I could see that a group of people was surrounding our tent. Luckily a stern and assertive command from my husband had them running away. Overall the most uncomfortable, unpleasant camping experience I've ever had. We've resolved to never return to Panorama Camping in the future.
