Die Eigentümer sind sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen sicher wieder.??? A super nice guest house, with ideally divided apartments, it is very quiet and everything is there to feel really comfortable. The owners are very accommodating and very friendly. We'll be back for sure

S- TV war auch hervorragend. Das Wetter hat auch mitgespielt. Nur zu empfehlen. Very well used, nice friendly landlord. Some little things were missing, but nothing important. Wi-Fi reception very good and free. S-TV was also excellent. The weather has also played along. Only recommended.

Schön ruhig gelegen mit tollem Blick auf den Walchsee. Trotzdem kommt man in wenigen Minuten auch zu Fuß in den Ort Walchsee mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie guter Gastronomie. Die Familie Mayr ist sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich und die hauseigenen Schmusekatzen runden alles noch ab. Fazit: tolle Unterkunft zu einem sehr guten Preis und es war ein fantastischer Urlaub. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. We had the apartment 2. Optimal size for 2-3 people and great facilities. The location of the guest house is optimal. Nice and quiet with a great view of the Walchsee. Nevertheless, you can reach in a few minutes on foot in the village Walchsee with many shops and good food. The family Mayr is very warm and hospitable and the in-house cuddly cats complete everything. Conclusion: great accommodation for a very good price and it was a fantastic holiday. We will definitely be back.

Schöne Wohnungen, ideal für Familien oder nur zu zweit. Das Haus liegt schön mit Blick auf den See und Berg. Nur zu empfehlen. We have been coming here for holidays for over 20 years ❤️ a wonderful family who always warmly welcomes us. You also call in between times. Nice apartments, ideal for families or just for two. The house is beautifully situated overlooking the lake and mountain. Only recommended.

Unsere Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich und ordentlich mit kleiner Küchenzeile. You have everything you need, especially peace and quiet and a view of the lake and the mountains. You are received very nicely and you feel at home. Our apartment is cozy and tidy with a small kitchenette.

Von allen Ferienwohnungen weiter, schöner Blick über grüne Wiesen, den Walchsee und den "Zahmen Kaiser" im Hintergrund. Da stellt sich sofort Urlaubsfeeling ein. Nur wenige Gehminuten bis zur Badestelle. Ein Besuch des Strandbades ist mit der "Kaiserwinkel Card", welche von der Vermieterin mit angeboten wird, kostenfrei. Ein morgendlicher Spaziergang oder eine Joggingrunde um den Walchsee bietet sich regelrecht an. Die von uns gebuchte kleine Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoß beinhaltet eine kleine Küchenzeile und alle notwendigen Utensilien für einen Ferienaufenthalt. Nette, freundliche Vermieterin. Ferienwohnung top sauber. Das Gästehaus empfehlen wir gern weiter. Quietly located guest house with several holiday apartments. From all holiday apartments further, beautiful view over green meadows, the Walchsee and the "Zahmer Kaiser" in the background. You immediately get that holiday feeling. Only a few minutes' walk to the swimming area. A visit to the lido is free of charge with the "Kaiserwinkel Card", which is offered by the landlord. A morning walk or a jogging round around the Walchsee is a great option. The small apartment on the ground floor booked by us includes a small kitchenette and all the necessary utensils for a holiday stay. Nice, friendly landlady. Apartment very clean. We are happy to recommend the guest house to others.

Hosts extremely welcoming (but careful, the hosts don't speak English, although that shouldn't be a problem). Extremely good value for money. Couldn't recommend more strongly. We come back whenever we can.

A warm welcome by Frau Mayr the farmer's wife despite no English. Prices are very reasonable and the accommodation is comfortable if a little spartan. There is free wifi. There are some hotel type ensuite rooms but better still several small self catering apartments all with fabulous views. No soap or toiletries provided so bring your own!
