Service: they act like you annoy them (in that particular place, we visited another Aida and they were nice).
Food: don't know - both times we visited most of the menu is not even available, different excuses every time.
Deserts: below average. No cream with the strudle, no cream with the coffee although promised in the beautiful menu.
Price: above average.
