A	Andreas R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ja nach einen Einkauf noch " schnell" einen Kaffee trinken kann man da der ist auch ok ? pesonal ist auch freundlich ?, aber man hat schon das Gefühl das ganze ist schlecht organisiert und das Personal ist irgendwie überlastet, schade eigentlich....... Muss ich mal Zeit nehmen und beim nächsten Besuch Analysieren, Yes, after a shopping you can have a coffee "quickly" because it is also ok freundlich personal is also friendly ?, but you already have the feeling that the whole thing is badly organized and the staff is somehow overloaded, a shame actually ..... .. I have to take time and analyze it on my next visit,
F	Faster atall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit nicht mehr geraucht auch für mich als Nichtraucher nutzbar. Sehr nette Mitarbeiterin erwischt. Viele kleine Snacks für zwischendurch und tolle Menüauswahl. Can not be used for me as a non-smoker either. Very nice employee caught. Lots of small snacks for in between and great menu selection.

Leider ein Raucherlokal, der sogar den Rauchern (bin auch einer) zu viel raucherig ist. Evtl eine effizientere Lüftung. Btw doe Nichtraucherbereiche sind in den Gängen des CCA. Sonst sehr zufrieden thumbs up A nice place to get away from the stress of shopping. Staff extremely friendly and courteous. Unfortunately a smoking bar, which is too much smokers even for the smokers (I am also one). Possibly a more efficient ventilation. Btw doe non-smoking areas are in the hallways of the CCA. Otherwise very satisfied * thumbs up *
A	Amelie Schmidt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Cafe ist toll, schneller Service und gutes Essen. Aber das dazugehörige Yum Yum ist jedes Mal eine Katastrophe. Mir kommt es vor als würden sich die Mitarbeiter darum streiten wer jetzt die Waffel herrichtet. Jedes Mal sind lange Wartezeiten, heute haben wir 15 Minuten gewartet, bis ich mal nachgefragt habe ob den nicht mal jemand kommen möchte. Andere haben gewartet und sind dann wieder gegangen, finde es sehr schade da uns die Waffeln dort sehr schmecken. Wenn es im Cafe stressig ist, sollte man vielleicht einen Mitarbeiter der nur für das Yum Yum zuständig ist einstellen. The cafe is great, fast service and good food. But the associated yum yum is a disaster every time. It seems to me that the employees are arguing about who is making the waffle now. Each time there are long waiting times, today we have waited 15 minutes, until I asked if someone would not even want to come. Others have waited and then left again, find it a pity since the waffles taste great there. If it's stressful in the cafe, maybe you should hire an employee who is only responsible for the Yum Yum.
T	Tina W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gehen sehr gerne Frühstücken ins Cafe Grande. Mitarbeiter sind immer sehr freundlich, das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und auch das Tempo passt. Reservierung wäre während der Stoßzeiten von Vorteil. Leider ist es zeitweise etwas kalt, was aber an dem CCA selbst liegt das die Heizung anscheinend zu teuer ist. Alles in allem ein super Lokal! Very happy to have breakfast in the Cafe Grande. Employees are always very friendly, the breakfast is delicious and the pace is right. Reservation would be an advantage during peak hours. Unfortunately it is a bit cold at times, but this is due to the CCA itself that the heating is apparently too expensive. All in all a great place!
