★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I was not able to get in due to 2G regulations (vaccinated or recovered) I only rate the entrance situation which is unfortunately disappointing. Not getting the point of these regulations since you can enter the airport, duty free and convenience stores as well as a fully booked airplane. But on the other hand you are not allowed to enter a lounge. Sad story.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deserves ZERO stars. Really. The all red army of 6-7 older ladies huddled behind their three masks and two layers of plexiglass content to talk amongst themselves with seemly very little to do. They certainly didn’t prioritize basic communication, civility, cleanliness, service, nor comfort. This lounge and absence of service is truly an embarrassment to Austrian Airlines. It’s clear they’ve not risen to the occasion in these hard times. I happily left to pay for a meal and drink at a restaurant where the employees were at least decent and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to relax while waiting for the flight.cleaned and being sanitized Everytime a passanger is leaving.food are nice but the staffs need to look approachable and most important should be smiley as Austria is a happy country. They are doing their work nicely but a smile would be perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good place to spend time between flight. Cosy lounge with good breakfast. Scrambled eggs, bacon, potato served fresh and there are sweets and fresh bread available too. Good selection of alcohol drinks and good coffee as well.
It was not too crowded so it was very relaxing to stay. Always recommend to come here.

Food (only pasta!) was ok. I was surprised that they provide only one type of glass for white/red wine and champagne. It’s not looks like business/*A lounge
