Frau Doktor and the staff are always friendly and competent! I always got an appointment very quickly. Waiting times are fine too!

B	Butter Seite on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extrem lange Wartezeti vor Ort, auch keine Vorreihung in Akutfällen. Hygiene, Professionalität und Freundlichkeit lassen zu wünschen übrig. Ungefragt Amalgam (!) Füllung verpasst bekommen - trotz bewiesener langfristiger Schädlichkeit. Nur ein Behandlungsraum , der gleichzeitig als Empfangsraum dient - folglich keine Diskretion zwischen Patient_innen. Dies war unser letzter Besuch. 0 Sterne verdient Extremely long waiting times on site, also no pre-listing in acute cases. Hygiene, professionalism and friendliness leave a lot to be desired. Unsolicited amalgam (!) Filling - despite proven long-term harmfulness. Just one treatment room that doubles as a reception room - consequently, there is no discretion between patients. This was our last visit. Deserved 0 stars

D	Dominic Welsh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Von der Behandlung her ist Dr Glock wirklich gut. Sehr sympathischer und empathischer Umgang mit Patienten. Macht auch kein Tamtam wegen Covid... Bei den Wartezeiten wirds eher problematisch, wobei es sich hier um ein allgemeines Problem handelt, da viele andere Zahnärzte ihre Ordinationszeiten verkürzt haben. Zweitens möchte ich nicht, dass am Patienten wegen Termindrucks gehudelt wird also: bitte nachher keine wichtigen Termine ausmachen! In terms of treatment, Dr Glock is really good. Very sympathetic and empathic interaction with patients. Don't make any fuss about Covid either ... The waiting times tend to be problematic, although this is a general problem as many other dentists have shortened their consultation times. Second, I do not want the patient to be fooled around because of deadline pressure: please do not make any important appointments afterwards!

I have been going to her and her great team for a good decade! And so far she has met all my expectations! Especially with the Kookys (prostheses) I am very satisfied! Very empathetic and can deal with anxiety patients like me excellently.
A	Alina Korb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin etwas überrascht, dass die Rezensionen entweder nur 1 oder 5 Sterne aufweisen, gerade die Unhöflichkeit kann ich mir bei dieser Ärztin (und den Helferinnen) fast nicht vorstellen - war zweimal bei ihr, fand sie unglaublich nett und wurde gut behandelt, mir wurde sie auch aufgrunddessen weiterempfohlen, da sie sehr gut mit Kindern und Angstpatienten umgehen könne und in meinem Fall kann ich das bestätigen. Weißheitszahn gezogen, keine Schmerzen dabei oder im Nachhinein, einzig die Zahnreinigung hätte man feinfühliger machen können, aber das wurde nicht von Dr. Glock gemacht. Habe mich bei ihr zumindest gut aufgehoben gefühlt und gehe gerne wieder hin. I am a bit surprised that the reviews are either only 1 or 5 stars, I can hardly imagine the rudeness of this doctor (and the helpers) - has been to her twice, thought she was incredibly nice and was treated well, she was welcomed to me also recommended because of this, as she can deal very well with children and anxiety patients and in my case I can confirm that. Whiteness tooth pulled, no pain during or afterwards, only the teeth cleaning could have been made more sensitive, but that was not done by Dr. Glock made. At least I felt in good hands with her and would like to go back there.
