Bin normalerweise niemand der gerne negative Bewertungen schreibt, aber ich versuche jetzt schon ca. seit 7 Monaten eine Antwort für meine Probleme zu bekommen und mir wird nicht geholfen! Gerät ist ca 1.5 Jahre alt und mittlerweile gibt es Probleme sowohl mit dem Akku als auch mit der Software! Habe mich immer wieder schriftlich als auch telefonisch an die Firma Bürotec gewandt, bekam aber niemals Lösungsvorschläge präsentiert! Vielleicht funktioniert es ja jetzt. Unfortunately, very poor support and defective devices! Usually I'm not a person who likes to write negative reviews, but I've been trying to get an answer to my problems for about 7 months now and I'm not being helped! Device is about 1.5 years old and there are now problems with both the battery and the software! I repeatedly contacted Bürotec in writing as well as by phone, but never received any suggestions for solutions! Maybe it works now.
