Und wenn man hört, das der Vermieter seinem Mieter, der bei einer sanierungsbedĂŒrftigen Wohnungen eingezogen ist, anbietet die Wohnung mit der hinterlegten Kaution zu renovieren, auch keine Wohnung mieten.
