Vor ca 3 Wochen war ich im Shop und erkundigte mich bei einem Mitarbeiter was zu tun ist wenn beim IPhone 11 (in der Garantiezeit) der Lautsprecher defekt sei: ich solle mit der Rechnung wiederkommen und dann wird es eingeschickt ! Heute bin ich in den Shop und nun wurde mir gesagt, dass sie nicht verpflichtet sind Handys, die über den Onlineshop bestellt wurden, an A1 zu senden.. sie sind nur ein A1 Exklusiv Store. Denn wenn sie das machen dann bleiben sie auf den Kosten der Rücksendung sitzen!!! Aussage der Filialleiterin !!! Ich soll nach Innsbruck oder Wörgl in den A1 Shop fahren. Danke für diese tolle Kundenberatung und Unterstützung !!! The worst A1 shop I know! About 3 weeks ago I was in the shop and asked an employee what to do if the speaker on the iPhone 11 (during the warranty period) was defective: I should come back with the invoice and then it will be sent in! Today I went to the shop and now I was told that you are not obliged to send cell phones ordered via the online shop to A1 .. they are only an A1 exclusive store. Because if you do that you are left with the cost of the return! Statement from the branch manager !!! I'm supposed to go to the A1 shop in Innsbruck or Wörgl. Thank you for this great customer advice and support!

Die Mitarbeiterin welche mich vor kurzem in diesem Shop bedient hat war weder hilfsbereit noch kompetent und vor allem sehr, sehr unfreundlich. Musste später sogar feststellen, dass es sich bei dieser Mitarbeiterin um die Filialleiterin handelte. Nachtrag auf die Antwort vom A1 Team Bei der oben stehenden Bewertung ging es mir nicht um den Sachverhalt bzw. um das Anliegen weshalb ich den Shop besuchte sonder um das Verhalten bzw. die Tonwahl welches die Filialleiterin mir entgegen gebracht hat. Denn wie heißt es so schön "Der Ton macht die Musik". Meiner Meinung nach sagt die Tonwahl auch viel über die Kompetenz aus, denn in einer solchen Position sollte man schon wissen wie man mit Kunden spricht. Ausserdem finde ich es nicht in Ordnung, dass die Position als Filialleitung ausgenutzt wird um mich über die persönlichen Daten meines Partners telefonisch zu erreichen. Worst service I've ever experienced and that from a branch manager. The employee who recently served me in this shop was neither helpful nor competent and, above all, very, very unfriendly. Addendum to the answer from the A1 team In the above assessment, I was not concerned with the facts or the matter why I visited the shop, but rather with the behavior or the tone that the branch manager brought to me. Because as the saying goes, "The sound makes the music". In my opinion, the choice of tone says a lot about competence, because in such a position you should already know how to talk to customers. In addition, I don't think it's okay that the position of branch manager is used to reach me by phone using my partner's personal data.

Ich kann sie nur empfehlen sie sind sehr ehrlich, treu und liebe Mitarbeiter. Ich komme gerne immer wieder zu den 2! RESPEKT AN A1 So welche wie Teja und Anna müsst ihr überall haben. The lovely shop assistants Mateja and Anna are really very friendly employees. I can only recommend them they are very honest, loyal and loving employees. I like to come back to the 2 again and again! RESPECT TO A1 You have to have something like Teja and Anna everywhere.
