★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte ein Ladeproblem mit einer Garmin Sportuhr. Wurde in der Fil. Schwaz freundlich u. kompetent bedient.
Nachdem die Uhr auch mit einem anderen Ladekabel v. Garmin nicht reagierte kontaktierte der Verkäufer den Hersteller, worauf Garmin prompt einen Garantieaustausch der Uhr zusagte! ?

Had a charging problem with a Garmin sports watch. Was in the Fil. Schwaz friendly u. competently served.
After the watch has also been connected to a different charging cable v. Garmin did not respond, the seller contacted the manufacturer, whereupon Garmin promptly agreed to exchange the watch under guarantee! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokale Businesses unterstützen, also den Schneebob nicht bei Amazon, sondern Hervis bestellt. Click&Collect weil's schneller geht! Als erstes war die Lieferung 5 Tage zu spät... Dann, als ich den Abholschein bekommen habe und hingefahren bin, ist keiner da. Verstehe schon dass wegen Corona Abholzeiten variieren können, aber 1. wäre es gut so etwas auf dem Abholschein anzuführen und 2. wenn ihr die Abholung nicht zu normalen Geschäftszeiten besetzen könnt, dann bietet bitte kein Click&Collect an. Fazit: das nächste mal doch bei Amazon bestellen...
Support local businesses, so don't order the snow bob from Amazon, but from Hervis. Click & Collect because it's faster! The first thing was the delivery was 5 days late ... Then when I got the pick-up slip and drove there, nobody was there. I understand that pick-up times can vary due to Corona, but 1. it would be good to include something like this on the pick-up slip and 2. if you cannot pick up the pick-up during normal business hours, please do not offer Click & Collect. Conclusion: next time order from Amazon ...
