Keine Begrüßung, kein Danke, keine Verabschiedung nichts.. nur ein genervter Blick...
Leute jeder hat mal einen schlechten Tag, aber ein neutrales "Hallo, Bitteschön und auf Wiedersehen" bringt doch jeder über die Lippen ohne das mein Gegenüber merkt wie genervt oder was auch immer ich grad bin...das muss wirklich nicht sein, man hat das Gefühl als Gast unerwünscht zu sein oder sogar ein schlechtes Gewissen ihm zusätzlich zu stressen...
Appell an die Filialleitung!
Hier ist dringend ein Motivationscoaching und eine Schulung im Umgang mit Gästen und Kunden notwendig. Die Gäste werden es Ihnen danken!
Abgesehen davon war auch diesmal meine Bestellung nicht vollständig. Wirklich ärgerlich weil ich extra nachgefragt habe ob meine Bestellung vollständig ist. Auch die Getränkespender hatten nicht das komplette Sortiment wie bei meiner Bestellung angeboten und bestellt. Wenn ich vorher gewusst hätte, das mein Getränk aktuell nicht verfügbar ist, hätte ich keine Getränkebstellung getätigt.
Wenn diese Filiale nicht schnellstmöglich umstrukturiert wird und das Personal gezielte Orientierungs- und Coachingsmaßnahmen erhält, wird diese Filiale weiterhin auf viele "naive" Laufkundschaft hoffen müssen. Kein Mensch kommt freiwillig ein zweites Mal in diese Filiale....
The order from the machine was ready to be picked up after a few minutes with a loud, annoyed shouting out of my order number.
No greeting, no thank you, no goodbye, nothing.. just an annoyed look...
People everyone has a bad day, but everyone can say a neutral "Hello, please and see you again" without my counterpart noticing how annoyed or whatever I am right now...it really doesn't have to be, you have the feeling of being unwanted as a guest or even having a guilty conscience to stress him out...
Appeal to the branch management!
Motivational coaching and training in dealing with guests and customers is urgently needed here. The guests will thank you!
Apart from that, my order was not complete this time either. Really annoying because I specifically asked if my order was complete. The drinks dispensers also did not offer and order the full range of products that I had ordered. If I had known beforehand that my drink was currently not available, I would not have ordered a drink.
If this branch is not restructured as quickly as possible and the staff receive targeted orientation and coaching measures, this branch will continue to have to hope for many "naive" walk-in customers. Nobody comes to this branch voluntarily a second time....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: It has gotten even worse. Paying for a small drink they give you a small cup. Paying for a big drink they give you a small cup. Price difference even though the amount you get is the same. I feel very cheated. When kindly asking for a bigger cup the reactions vary wildly from unphased quiet exchange of the cup to annoyed angry exchange or even not getting the cup exchanged at all. Do I seriously have to cheat BK out of money by buying a small drink even though I'm willing to pay extra for a bigger cup? Because with a free refill thats the only reason paying more money would even be an option.

Used to really like going here. But over time, has gotten worse.
Employees not wearing their masks, test is usually not controlled at all. Ordering a king size meal used to give you large fries and a large cup for the soda fountain with refills, just something I liked, having a large cold drink. Now you get a tiny (0,2 or 0,3 max) cup, makes me have to go to the fountain several times. Large fries alone is not worth the extra price...
Chili cheese nuggets vary wildly, sometimes good and fresh, often dry and not very hot.
Rather disappointing the last few times and changes to the worse.
I suppose the new Subways next "door" has complained about the free refills, making the burger king make their refill as painful and annoying as possible?
