★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clerk in gate C who was responsible for check ins in30/11/2018-15:50 , was extremely rude, didn’t even greeted us when we greeted him and sent us to a wrong direction (terminal 3 upstairs,instead of terminal 1 down stairs).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been all over the world and this is easily the absolute worst baggage handlers anywhere. 35 people on my flight had missing bags and the line for customer service was halfway through the baggage claim.
