Vehicles are in very good condition, the owner is friendly and helpful, and the prices are cheap. Furthermore, there is no advertising on the vehicles. Highly recommended!

Initially unfriendly, after payment friendly. Customer service and care ok to bad. Organizational pent-up demand. However, cheaper price and vehicles in TOP condition at rental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Komplett zufrieden , am Vormittag wurde mir eine 10 Minütige Einweisung des Fahrzeuges gegeben wobei ich danach direkt losfuhr. Sehr nettes Personal, gerne wieder. Auto war das Model S P85+ in Schwarz und mit 150000km als Leihwagen dem Zustand entsprechend.
Completely satisfied, in the morning I was given a 10 minute briefing on the vehicle and then I started driving straight away. Very nice staff, gladly again. Car was the model S P85 + in black and with 150000km as a rental car according to the condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Fahrzeug wurde gebucht, mit der Absicht es als Hochzeitsauto zu verwenden. 4 Tage vor der Hochzeit wurde mitgeteilt, dass eine Überstellung an den vereinbarten Abholort, aufgrund von Personalmangel, nun doch nicht möglich sei, was eine unnötige Mehrbelastung in der abschließenden Vorbereitungswoche darstellte.
Den gebuchten Tesla selbst kann ich nicht bewerten, da ich nicht dazu gekommen bin, ihn zu nutzen. Wahrscheinlich wäre ich begeistert gewesen. In meiner Situation haben sie sich aber als die falschen Partner herausgestellt.
A vehicle has been booked with the intention of using it as a wedding car. 4 days before the wedding, it was announced that a transfer to the agreed pick-up location was not possible due to a lack of staff, which represented an unnecessary additional burden in the final week of preparation.
I can't rate the Tesla I booked myself because I didn't get around to using it. I would probably have loved it. In my situation, however, they turned out to be the wrong partners.
