T	Timo Knoop on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganz schreckliches Hotel.Wir kamen zur offiziellen CheckIn Zeit an und wurden von besoffenen Leuten auf der Terrasse und einer ausschließlich russisch sprechenden, aber freundlichen Reinigungskraft empfangen. Desweiteren bestand der CheckIn aus Schlüsseln die in der Tür steckten und Zimmern im Dachgeschoss, die für meinen gesundheitlich eingeschränktem Stiefvater nur unter wortwörtlichem Einsatz seines Lebens zu erreichen waren. Im Gegensatz zu dem auf Booking.com versprochenem Bergblick mit Terrasse am Familienappartment, gab es Blick auf Baustelle (zwischen der die gewaschenen Laken hingen) und Kloakengeruch inklusive. Außerdem waren die Zimmer eingerichtet alla Poko Domäne, waren verdreckt, kaputte Fenster, Haare im Kühlschrank usw. Wer den Horrorfilm Hostel kennt, kann das Gefühl von Sicherheit in der Nacht nachvollziehen. ;) Fazit: Wer nichts erwartet, kann auch nicht enttäuscht werden. Leider muss man einen Stern geben, der aber weiter entfernt liegt als in der Realität. Very terrible hotel. We arrived at the official check-in time and were greeted by drunk people on the terrace and an exclusively Russian-speaking but friendly cleaning staff. Furthermore, the check-in consisted of keys stuck in the door and rooms in the attic, which my stepfather with limited health could only reach with his literal life. In contrast to the mountain view promised on Booking.com with a terrace on the family apartment, there was a view of the construction site (between which the washed sheets hung) and the smell of sewage included. In addition, the rooms were decorated alla Poko domain, were dirty, broken windows, hair in the fridge, etc. Those who know the horror movie hostel can understand the feeling of security at night. ;) Conclusion: If you don't expect anything, you can't be disappointed. Unfortunately, you have to give a star that is further away than in reality.

E	Ella Kanuric on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man muss zumindest einen Stern vergeben, aber selbst der ist zu viel.. Wirklich Hände weg von diesem Anbieter! Es wird von Betrügern betrieben und das ist keine Übertreibung. Es werden tolle Bilder ins Netz gestellt und die Unterkunft wird wunderbar beschrieben mit allen möglichen Extras, alles wird schön verschleiert und da kommt die Ernüchterung beim Check-in.. Ich sollte eine 150qm Unterkunft bekommen, mit Whirlpool und eigener Terrasse. Sogar Pool soll es geben. Was ich bekam war EIN Raum mit Küche voller Betten, aber nirgends abgetrennt. So viel zu 2 Schlafzimmer + 1 Wohnzimmer.. Im Bad war eine leere Stelle mit Anschlüssen.. Der Whirlpool lag mit anderem Gerümpel auf der sogenannten Terrasse. Eine Baustelle ist dort außerdem.. viele Bauarbeiter, die kein Deutsch sprechen, laufen dort herum. Als wir einchecken wollten, war da die ebenfalls nicht deutsch-sprechende aber nette Reinigungsdame, die noch sauber machte. Pool gab es zwar, aber den nutzen die Hauswirtschafter ohnehin für sich selbst für ihre Poolpartys mit ihren Freunden. Sehr laut, unangemessenes Benehmen, nichts, was Kinder mitbekommen sollten. Und in meiner Bewertung steht nicht mal alles drinnen.. Es gab reichlich mehr Zumutungen. You have to give at least one star, but even that is too much .. Really hands off this provider! It's run by scammers and that's not an exaggeration. Great pictures are posted on the web and the accommodation is wonderfully described with all sorts of extras, everything is beautifully veiled and there comes the disenchantment at check-in .. I should get 150 square meters of accommodation with a whirlpool and a private terrace. There should even be a pool. What I got was ONE room with a kitchen full of beds, but nowhere separated. So much for 2 bedrooms + 1 living room .. In the bathroom there was an empty space with connections. The whirlpool was with other junk on the so-called terrace. There is also a construction site there .. a lot of construction workers who don't speak German are walking around there. When we wanted to check in, there was the non-German-speaking but nice cleaning lady who did the cleaning. There was a pool, but the housekeepers use it for themselves for their pool parties with friends. Very loud, inappropriate behavior, nothing that children should be aware of. And my rating doesn't even include everything. There were a lot more unreasonable demands.

Man wird mit tollen Fotos usw gelockt die absolut nicht der Realität entsprechen! Run down dump, unfriendly landlord, pure rip-off and absolutely not recommended. Please do not book people under any circumstances! You will be lured with great photos etc. that absolutely do not correspond to reality!
