Sehr schöne Apartments in einer tollen Lage! Die Wohnungen sind sehr gepflegt und entsprechen den fotos :) Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich, bemüht und zuvorkommend... Kann die Apartments weiterempfehlen! Wir sind selbst schon das zweite Mal zu Besuch.

Unglaublich schönes Apartment mitten in Graz! Man ist binnen 3 Minuten am Lendplatz und in gesamt 5 Minuten mitten in der Stadt. Wir haben nicht einmal die Öffis gebraucht. Das Apartment ist wunderschön eingerichtet. Modern, sauber, einfach klasse! Bei meinem nächsten Graz-Aufenthalt komme ich bestimmt wieder! Danke und alles Gute weiterhin!

Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Wirklich unbeschreiblich nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Location ein Traum?!! Extrem gutes Design, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber!? Wunderschöner Ausblick, ruhig und doch im Zentrum. Wir haben uns irre wohlgefühlt. Dort kann man einfach relaxen. Man hat sämtliche Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Gegend inklusive Markt. Wir kommen sicher wieder zu euch. Danke für alles???

Appartamento molto bello, pulito, razionale cin tutto l'occorrente per trascorrere un periodo di vacanze positivo. Vicino al centro, e con tantissime opportunità di ristorazione. Unico difetto (e non si capisce perché) il wc è separato dal bagno, quindi dopo aver defecato, bisogna uscire nel living sotto gli occhi di tutti u commensali ed eventuali ospiti e recarsi in bagno per le dovute pulizie, ovviamente senza il bidet tanto caro a noi italiani. Peccato.

Great comfortable modern and spacious apartments with a nice view on the park. Free parking and Wi-Fi and very hospitable owners.

My friend and I stayed in Apartments Number 3 and 4 (across a small hallway from one another) for four nights. These are large, one-bedroom apartments, with an open-plan living room/dining room/kitchen. There's a table for four, an oven, a stove top, a dishwasher, more than enough utensils/cups/glasses/bowls/plates, a few pots and pans, a coffee machine, a toaster, and a fridge. You'll find a large bathroom, too, with a walk-in shower (there's a separate closet with a toilet). There is a good deal of storage space in the bedroom, which has a sliding door that can close it off from the main living area. The bedroom has a separate television (there's one in the living room, too), and a comfortable mattress. There are remote-controlled window blinds in the dining room. As is typical in much of Europe, there are no window screens. I don't know for how long these apartments have been rented out, but everything looked new. At this writing, there's construction happening on this building. The workers tend to start pretty early, soon after 7 AM. Markus and his significant other (whose name I can't recall, alas) were incredibly accommodating. We arrived in Graz on a Sunday, when all of the grocery stores except one are closed. Markus drove us to the one open grocery store so we could pick up a few supplies (and, in waiting for us, nearly got himself a parking ticket). Despite the presence of a washing machine in my apartment, his significant other suggested I use the washer and dryer on the bottom floor, as they were easier to understand---and she took the trouble to show me how to use them . There were no fans in the apartments, which took us by surprise. When we requested fans, I believe Markus went out and bought two large standing fans the next day; I know he had to assemble the fans before he brought them up to our apartments. He booked a taxi for us when we were leaving, too. The building that houses these apartments is in a small alleyway that faces a local park. Markus warned us to stay out of the park after dark, but said it was perfectly safe during the day. After walking across the park once in daylight hours, we decided to stay out of it altogether. I must hasten to add here, though, that once we were in our apartments, I felt perfectly safe. The apartments are within an easy walk of a bank, a number of restaurants, a couple of grocery stores, and a plaza with a small produce market most days of the week. It's an easy 15 to 20 minute walk into the heart of the tourist area, and you'll pass some interesting shops and more restaurants on the way. The apartments are also quiet at night, which we both appreciated. I would certainly stay here again.

Great accommodation in the heart of Graz. Amazing location right next to the park, restaurats, bars and market is just around the corner. Modern design and super clean.
