Telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Mehrere Versuche später (die Buchungsabteilung, nicht den Kundenservice erreicht!) weisen sie jede Zuständigkeit von sich. Dann belogen worden, eine innerstädtische Überführung würde 30€ kosten. ES WAREN 400 EURO. Für eine innerstädtische Überführung! Das ist unverhältnismäßig und betrügerisch. Sie haben direkt abgebucht, die erteilte Ermächtigung für das Auto ausgenutzt und eine Woche später erst eine Rechnung geschickt. Zu spät zum Rückziehen des Geldes. Unter der Servicenummer niemand erreichbar. Das Geld weg. Letztlich die doppelten Kosten gehabt. Drecksladen. ... Und ich werde rechtlich dagegen vorgehen.

Not available by phone. Several attempts later (reaching the booking department, not customer service!) They reject any responsibility. Then they lied to, an inner-city overpass would cost € 30. IT WAS 400 EUROS. For an inner-city overpass! It is disproportionate and fraudulent. You made a direct debit, made use of the authorization granted for the car and only sent an invoice a week later. Too late to withdraw the money. Nobody can be reached under the service number. The money gone. Ultimately, the cost was double. Dirty shop. ... And I will take legal action against it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally UNRELIABLE, big disappointment. There was a booked car for Sunday morning, which was CONFIRMED and no-one appeared from their side on Sunday morning at all, which meant NO CAR. The provided mobile contact was called and the phone rang in the drawer of the counter. Wonderful service! I do not recommend them at all only if you want to have some anger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had booked a Mercedes A class online and when we came to the airport Graz they said they didn't have a Mercedes but a car of the same
class. They gave us an Opel Astra that was definitely not the same class for the same price because it was "the only car they had." When we returned the car two weeks later, nobody was at the airport because they had changed the opening hours. Nobody had told us of this change. We had to return the car without it having been checked by anyone. All in all a negative experience. This was the last time I booked a car with Budget or Avis.
