★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nur gute Erfahrungen mit Europcar gemacht - wie auch am Flughafen in Graz. sehr freundliches Personal, obwohl mein Flug 50 Minuten Verspätung hatte wartete noch jemand am Schalter, obwohl es eigentlich schon außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten war.
 Only good experiences with Europcar made - as well as at the airport in Graz. very friendly staff, although my flight was 50 minutes late someone was still waiting at the counter, even though it was already outside of the opening hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Personal ist sehr professionell, höflich und freundlich. Man wird persönlich mit Namen angesprochen, sobald man mehr als einmal da war. Die Wagen sind immer sauber und 1a in Schuss, nicht wie in Deutschland.
The staff is very professional, polite and friendly. You will be addressed personally by name as soon as you have been there more than once. The cars are always clean and in top condition, not like in Germany.

Rent here relatively often cars / buses and everytime everything fits. Staff are always friendly & hard-working, prices are unbeatable. Simply top - 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Autos sind super, aber was mich wirklich dazu veranlasst immer wieder hier zu buchen, sind die netten Mitarbeiter. Immer sehr freundlich und um eine pünktliche, problemlose Abwicklung bemüht!
The cars are great, but what really causes me to book here again and again, are the nice staff. Always very friendly and endeavored to punctual, trouble-free execution!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am Ende habe ich den doppelte Betrag zahlen müssen als ursprünglich erwartet. Der Preis von 2 Kindersitze und abholen der Auto ausserhalb der Öffnungszeiten war nochmals EUR 250.- Dieser Preis wurde nie zugestimmt von mir sondern einfach unterjubelt auf den Voucher. Nie mehr!
In the end, I had to pay twice as much as originally expected. The price of 2 child seats and pick up the car outside the opening hours was another EUR 250.- This price was never approved by me but simply cheered on the voucher. No more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato online la macchina a noleggio. Pur avendo più di un'ora di ritardo al momento del ritiro (causa ritardo dell'aereo) non ho avuto alcun problema con l'agenzia. Servizio rapido e cortese. La macchina era esattamente quella che avevo prenotato, nuovissima (neanche un mese dall'immatricolazione), carinissima. La riconsegna è stata semplice e veloce.
I booked the rental car online. Despite having more than an hour late at the time of the withdrawal (due to the delay of the plane) I had no problem with the agency. Quick and friendly service. The car was exactly the one I had booked, brand new (not even a month from registration), very cute. The return was simple and fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During I returned the car, Europcar found a tiny and shallow Dent (<5mm) on the "Right" side, from a special angle; however one day later, Europcar sent me the report and claimed there were Dent with paint damage, and another Long scratch on "Left" side; and finally charged me 1358 Euro for compensation. That's really terrible and unacceptable!!
