Nicht mögliche Fahrzeugsbholung am Wochenende am Flughafen Graz ( nur gegen Bezahlung von 70 Euro extra !! ) Kaution Einzug von Kreditkarte!!!!! Bei Verlängerung dann selbstständiger Kautioneinzug von Kreditkarte ohne Information! Bei ordnungsgemäßer Rückgabe des Fahrzeugs Kaution nicht wieder freigegeben!!! Sixt bringt mehr Stress als Entspannung! Unfortunately not recommended. Calculation of many hidden costs! Not possible vehicle pickup at the weekend at the airport Graz (only against payment of 70 euro extra!) Deposit collection of credit card !!!!! In case of extension then self-bailment deposit by credit card without information! With proper return of the vehicle deposit not released again !!! Sixt brings more stress than relaxation!
M	Marco Schmiedl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte zum wiederholten Mal ein Glücksauto gebucht bei SIXT und wurde diesmal richtig enttäuscht. Fast neuer Mondeo, der aussah als hätte er bereits 500.000 Kilometer auf der Uhr (innen, wie auch außen). Überall Schrammen und Kratzer. Zudem hatte der Wagen einen Getriebeschaden, zumindest wenn man in den 3. Gang schaltete. Auf Kundenwünsche ist die nette Dame leider nicht eingegangen, das war an anderen Standorten weitaus besser. Ich werde zwar wieder über Sixt buchen (Firmenaccount), dass nächste Auto muss aber zumindest innen und außen sauber sein. Verdient wäre 1 Stern, aufgrund der vorherigen Erlebnisse gebe ich 3 Sterne. Had once again booked a lucky car at SIXT and this time was really disappointed. Almost new Mondeo, who looked as if he had already 500,000 kilometers on the clock (inside, as well as outside). Scratches and scratches everywhere. In addition, the car had a gearbox damage, at least if you switched to the 3rd gear. On customer requests the nice lady unfortunately not received, that was at other locations much better. I will book again via Sixt (company account), but the next car has to be clean inside and out. I would earn 1 star, because of the previous experiences I give 3 stars.
M	Max “DiSch” Liebach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auch in Graz wurde ich sehr freundlich empfangen und ein Upgrade gab es sogar noch oben drauf. Leider sind die zusatzkosten nicht immer günstig. Bei einer Vollkasko sind die Reifen und Scheiben nicht mit versichert und sollte extra noch mal 18EURO pro Tag extra kosten. Sowas geht gar nicht. Ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden. Also in Graz I received a very friendly welcome and an upgrade was even on top of it. Unfortunately, the additional costs are not always cheap. In case of a fully comprehensive insurance the tires and windows are not insured and should cost an additional 18EURO per day extra. Something does not work. Otherwise, I am very satisfied.

Don’t tell you how the return on weekends works. Took me a while and questioning staff from other rental companies to advise me regarding return procedures, which are NOT self explanatory. Out of 3 possible car choices in one category they ALWAYS only gave the poorest choice available at this location,, this is according to their own staff. Not Jaguar, not Land River......only what?? MAZDA! Laughable!
