C	Charlotte Neumann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut enttäuscht und verärgert. Ich hatte ein Auto von Freitag auf Sonntag gebucht und im Voraus bezahlt. Als ich das Auto abholen wollte sagte man mir, ich sei zu spät und das Auto sei weg. Auf mein verständnisloses Nachfragen sagte man mir, ich wäre später als 30 Minuten nach dem Abholzeitpunkt zur Abholung gekommen und da wird das Auto immer schon weiter gegeben. Auf Nachfrage wo das denn stehe sagte man mir das stehe in den AGBs, man könne mir aber nicht sagen wo, und man mache das immer so. Nach beharrlichem Widerspruch und viel Ärger bekam ich mit 1,5 Stunden Verspätung ein kleineres Auto als gebucht an einem anderen Standort. Die versprochene Rückerstattung von 10% des Anmietpreises habe ich bis heute (3 Monate später) auch auf mehrfache Nachfrage noch immer nicht erhalten, geschweige denn eine Antwort. Und jetzt kommt der Clou: In den AGBs steht ausdrücklich, dass wenn ein Auto im Voraus bezahlt wurde, das Auto nicht zu Beginn des Anmietzeitraums abgeholt werden muss, sondern den ganzen Tag und bis zum Ende des Anmietzeitraumes für einen bereit gehalten wird. Lediglich wenn man das Auto doch erst am darauffolgenden Tag abholt sollte man sich bitte vorher melden um sicher zu gehen, dass ein Auto verfügbar ist. Anders ist dies, wenn man lediglich eine Reservierung hat, dann soll man wirklich bis 30 Minuten nach Beginn des Anmietzeitraums kommen. Aber das war bei mir ja nicht der Fall. Damit gehe ich eindeutig ausnahmslos wieder nur noch zu Sixt und warte weiter auf meine Rückerstattung. Absolutely disappointed and upset. I booked a car from Friday to Sunday and paid for it in advance. When I went to pick up the car, I was told I was late and the car was gone. In response to my uncomprehending inquiries, I was told that I would have come to pick up later than 30 minutes after the pick-up time and that the car is always given away. When I asked where it was, I was told it was in the terms and conditions, but I couldn't be told where, and that's how it was always done. After persistent contradiction and a lot of trouble, I was 1.5 hours late in getting a smaller car than booked at another location. To this day (3 months later) I have still not received the promised reimbursement of 10% of the rental price, let alone an answer, even after repeated inquiries. And now comes the kicker: The terms and conditions expressly state that if a car has been paid for in advance, the car does not have to be picked up at the beginning of the rental period, but is kept ready for you all day and until the end of the rental period. Only if you do not pick up the car until the following day you should contact us beforehand to make sure that a car is available. It is different if you only have a reservation, then you should really come within 30 minutes after the start of the rental period. But that wasn't the case with me. With that, I will definitely go back to Sixt without exception and continue to wait for my refund.
