M	Manu Mert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Öffnungszeiten sind eine Zumutung. Ansonsten top Auswahl, gerade im Bereich Fantasy/Manga. Gut erreichbar und freundliche Mitarbeiter. The opening times are unreasonable. Otherwise top selection, especially in the fantasy / manga area. Easily accessible and friendly staff.

Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und ist offenbar auch sehr belesen. My favorite library. Strangely, she always has everything I'm looking for and it's never on loan. The staff is also very friendly, helpful and apparently also very well read.

Da gibt es alle Bücher die man sucht einen gemütlichen Platz zum lesen und sehr nette Arbeiter One of the best libraries I've been to. Spezialisiert auf graphic novels und mittelalterlicher musik, hat sie aber sonst auch alles was man/ frau sucht. Sie ist sehr gut geführt und alle sind einfach top freundlich gebildet, kennen sich aus, können super emphelungen geben. Eine wahre schatz truhe für bibliophile. This library is one of the best in Vienna or I have ever experienced. Specializing in graphic novels and medieval music, she has everything else you are looking for. She is very well run and all are simply very friendly, know each other, can give super emphelungen. A true treasure chest for bibliophile.

Selbst Kindern die noch nicht lesen können wird es so schön möglich sich selbst Bücher auszuwählen, die zu deren jeweiligen Alter passen. Ebenso gibt es viele Erstleserbuecher und gratis LeihDVDs (Kindercomics wie Winnie Puuh od Wickie u die starken Männer, Lady Bug od Connie) The small library has an organizational (via digit to age recommendation) prepared children's department. Even children who are not yet able to read will be able to choose books that suit their age. Likewise, there are many Erstleserbuecher and free LeihDVDs (children's comics like Winnie the Pooh or Wickie u the strong men, Lady Bug od Connie)
U	Uriel Vogt (Heron) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks to a partnership between Hernals (the district) with a District in Tokyo (or some other City in Japan), the Japan-section of the library is a real marvel. Has a good selection of comics and mangas
V	V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As good as you can expect for a Bezirk library. Has a varied selection of books and movies, a diverse childrens section and a few places to sit and enjoy a quiet day with a book (and air conditioning :D). The staff is friendly and helpful. Get yourself a library card! It works for all Wiener Büchereien and costs only 9 euros PER YEAR for students (as well as army and service personel, and those with lower income) and about 31 euros for others!
