P	Paul Seidl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin von der langsamen Bearbeitung von der rechtanteilung sehr Entäuscht, den wir hatten am 23.11.2020 einen Lkw ausgeliehen und müssten für den vorherigen Fahrer die Strafe von der Asfing zahlen, die bis jetzt noch keine Rückerstattung zustande gebracht hat. Weiß schon das wir Copid 19 haben, aber das ist in meinen Augen kein Grund es in die länge zu ziehen. C	Christian Sohnle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz Reservierungsbestätigung keinen Transporter bekommen,angeboten wurde ein kleinst Transporter reserviert war einer mit 4 Meter Ladefläche. Angeblich wurde ich 3 mal angerufen um das zu klären, weder eine Mail noch ein Anruf ging bei mir ein. SAFTLADEN No transporter received despite confirmation of reservation, a smallest transporter was offered, and one with 4 meters of loading space was reserved. Allegedly I was called 3 times to clarify, neither an email nor a phone call came in with me. JUICE SHOP

Absolut netter und hilfreicher Telefonkontakt zur Dame bei der Station, sofort ein nagelneues Leihauto zur Verfügung gestellt, super Preis! Vielen Dank ich komme gerne Wieder! Tolles Team! Booked a car at short notice because I got stuck at the Wels airfield! Absolutely nice and helpful phone contact to the lady at the station, a brand new rental car provided immediately, great price! Thank you, I'll be back! Great team!

Abzocker If you ask for a price, you will get an answer, I don't know if the price is different every week. You can make a reservation but you don't get Pteis. rip-off
P	Peter Cesnak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe eine Vermietung von einem LKW für 2 ganze Tage beantragt, bei der Bearbeitung wurde dann aber, ohne mich zu informieren, die Abholzeit von 20 Uhr auf 08:00 geändert. Natürlich hat mich beim Unterschreiben vom Mietvertrag keiner darauf aufmerksamm gemacht, es wurde einfach DOPPELT so viel verrechnet. Mit sowas hätte ich nie gerechnet, die Unprofessionalität der Angestellten und absolute unfähigkeit, mit solchen Situationen umzugehen hat mich shockiert. Nie wieder Buchbinder nach dem ich so abgezockt wurde!!!! Woanders findet man sicher besseres Service und Preise... I applied for a truck rental for 2 full days, but the processing changed the pickup time from 8pm to 8am without notifying me. Of course, nobody drew my attention to this when I signed the rental agreement, it was simply charged DOUBLE as much. I would never have expected something like this, the unprofessionalism of the employees and the absolute inability to deal with such situations shocked me. Never again Buchbinder after I was ripped off like that!!!! You can probably find better service and prices elsewhere...
