Das Gespräch mit dem Mitarbeiter am Telefon war sehr freundlich, kompetent und aufschlussreich, was mich dazu veranlasste, den Automower zu bestellen. Der Monteur, der meinen alten Automower gegen den neuen tauschte, hatte sehr gute Technikkenntnisse, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Den alten Rasenmäher nahm er ohne Umstände mit zum Entsorgen. Auch das er nochmals extra kommen musste, weil er ein längeres Versorgungskabel besorgen musste, stellte kein Problem dar. Selbst die Inbetriebnahme und die Einschulung von mir erfolgte sehr professionell. Das Fazit von mir ist eine klare Kaufempfehlung? Super, dass man sich hier auch einige Geräte auch ausborgen kann und nicht gleich kaufen muss. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt: Hier kann ich die Kette meiner Kettensäge rasch, unkompliziert und zu einem vernünftigen Preis schärfen lassen. Absolut empfehlenswert. Good range of quality tools with fair prices. Friendly, helpful staff that don't hide when customers come. It's great that you can also borrow some devices here and don't have to buy them right away. Another plus point: Here I can have the chain of my chainsaw sharpened quickly, easily and at a reasonable price. Highly Recommended.

Ich finde das Konzept gut, dass die Lieferung von der zur Zustelladresse nähesten Filiale erfolgt (oder man den Artikel dort abholen kann). Also in meinem Fall aus Wien Simmering. Ich würde jedoch gerne wissen, warum online in Wien die Filiale Stütz in 1030 nicht als näheste Filiale ausgewählt werden kann. Habe auch schon mal direkt in einer Let's doit Filiale in Hall eingekauft. Das Geschäft war nicht zu groß, jedoch fand man dort alles, was man benötgte. So sollte es sein im Unterschied zu den unübersichtlichen Baumärkten. I recently ordered in the online shop. Written communication by email was friendly and quick. I have also shopped directly in a Let's doit store in Hall. The shop wasn't too big, but you could find everything you needed there. This is how it should be in contrast to the confusing hardware stores.
