Hatte einen Termin vereinbart und habe dann trotzdem 2h(!!!) im Autohaus gewartet - erst danach habe ich die Info erhalten, dass das fehlende Teil erst bestellt werden und das Auto noch einen Tag dort bleiben muss! Zuerst wurde mir kein Ersatzwagen angeboten und ich wurde dazu gedrängt Freunde/Familie anzurufen, weil es doch nicht sein kann, dass ich niemanden habe der mich spontan am Nachmittag abholen kann. Da wurde richtig versucht mir ein schlechtes Gewissen zu machen!! Für einen Ersatzwagen wurden €40!! verlangt (Vergleich: in meiner jetzigen Marken-Werkstatt zahle ich €7,5/Tag). Daraufhin habe ich gesagt, dass sie mir mein Auto wieder geben sollen, und dass ich nie wieder in die Werkstatt komme. Ich erhalte trotzdem noch Werbung per Post von dieser Werkstatt... lächerlich. (Mein Username ist natürlich nicht mein richtiger Name, falls der Kommentar kommt, dass ich kein Kunde bin!) Worst car dealership experience ever! I had made an appointment and still waited 2 hours (!!!) at the car dealership - only then did I receive the information that the missing part had to be ordered first and that the car had to stay there for another day! At first I wasn't offered a replacement car and I was urged to call friends/family because I couldn't have someone who could pick me up spontaneously in the afternoon. They really tried to make me feel bad!! They charged €40 for a replacement car!! required (comparison: in my current brand workshop I pay €7.5/day). I then said that they should give me my car back and that I would never come to the workshop again. I still get mail from this workshop though... ridiculous. (Of course, my username is not my real name, in case the comment comes that I am not a customer!)

D	Daniel CIUCA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was travelling from Belgium to Romania, a 2000 km trip, together with my family, for our summer holiday. I was driving an Opel Astra H, a great car for its times. Unfortunately, during our trip, a technical issue occurred that prevented us to continue our trip in a safely manner for the engine. I decided to go to an Opel dealer in the area. This way I had the chance to meet the team of Auto Günther experts. After explaining them the situation I found my self and my family at that moment, at 1000 km away from destination, although after working hours (it was on a Friday, at around 12:45hrs), the Opel team decided to provide the best and rapid support to us. Sebastian rapidly identified the technical issue and the parts to be replaced. I was still able to purchase these parts from the dealer's store and Sebastian successfully and timely replaced the malfunctioning parts. This way, after 60 minutes of Auto Günther team's commitment, I was able to safely continue my trip driving my Opel without any concern. Congratulations to Sebastian and to the entire team of Auto Günther, congratulations to Opel.

Update: I have to also give credit to Ingo Poglits who is serviceberater, very kind and professional person. You guys have one big plus from me. The prices of workshop is also reasonable. Highly recommended.
