Da ich dort immer wieder schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht habe bzw. enttäuscht worden bin habe ich mich auf die Suche nach einer neuen gemacht. E	Elisa Beth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein lila Leinenkleid derart verwaschen das es zum Wegwerfen ist,ein Leinensakko sehr schlampig gebügelt,aber zumindest keine sichtbaren Schäden da eine helle Farbe. Farbe verloren obwohl schon mehrmals gereinigt,Säume glanz gebügelt und ohne Sorgfalt behandelt. Bin sehr enttäuscht da ich mich nach den Empfehlungen gerichtet habe. Es ist schwierig nachzuvollziehen warum ein Kleidungsstück so zugerichtet wird da man annehmen kann es ist ein Fachbetrieb.Aussagen der Mitarbeiter das es hald so ist,oder sein kann das ein Kleid dann so aussieht befriedigt kaum und das Anbieten einer Gutschrift ist nur lächerlich,da man diesen Betrieb sicher in Zukunft meiden wird. Beim anderen Kleid ist der Seidenrock nun stumpf, evtl. falsch aufgebügelt? Wenigstens sind sie halbwegs sauber geworden. Aber wenn das Kleid ruiniert ist, bringt mir „halbwegs sauber“ auch nicht viel. Waren beide teure Kleider. --> Nachtrag: Liebe Frau Pilz, danke für die Rückmeldung. Wir werden uns mit Ihnen in Verbindung setzten. Unsatisfied; 2 bridal gowns brought: at one are now all layers of organza skirt irregular about 20cm longer, Italian lace is broken, the skirt seams have risen. The other dress of the silk skirt is now dull, possibly ironed wrong? At least they've gotten pretty clean. But if the dress is ruined, bringing me "halfway clean" does not mean much.
