S	Sara Fenzl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe noch nie so eine cholerische und respektlose Begrüßung von jemandem bekommen wie von dem Herrn Dr. Jocher. Ich hatte heute um 8 Uhr meinen zweiten Termin für eine Gastroskopie, da ich den ersten Termin aufgrund meiner Krankheit leider verschlafen habe. Ich habe mich dafür Recht herzlich am selben Tag entschuldigt und ich durfte einen zweiten Termin ausmachen. Heute aber stand ich genau um 8Uhr vor der Tür und es wurden meine Klopf-, Klingl- und Anrufversuche total "überhört". Wie mir der Paketzusteller entgegen kam ergriff ich die Chance in die Ordination zu kommen. Da war es dann bereits 8:10. Da es ein Formular zum Ausfüllen gab, setzte ich mich. Plötzlich wurde ich von Dr. Jocher verbal attackiert, was mir den nur einfallen würde "wieder"(aufgrund meines zweiten Termin) spät zu kommen, das es eine Frechheit ist und er mich sicherlich nicht behandelt da ich zu spät dran bin. Der Ton war cholerisch und respektlos. Ich durfte nicht Mal ein Wort zur Verteidigung sagen. Ich war total erschrocken und fühlte mich so erniedrigt. Ich lief heulend aus der Ordination. Danach hatte ich eine Panikattacke und musste sofort zu meiner Psychotherapeutin da ich unter Depressionen/Burn Out leide. I have never received such a choleric and disrespectful greeting from someone as from Dr. Yokes. Today at 8 a.m. I had my second appointment for a gastroscopy, because unfortunately I missed the first appointment due to my illness. I apologized very warmly on the same day and I was allowed to make a second appointment. But today I was standing in front of the door at exactly 8 o'clock and my attempts to knock, do the bell and call were totally "ignored". When the parcel deliverer came towards me, I took the chance to come to the ordination. By then it was already 8:10. Since there was a form to fill out, I sat down. Suddenly I was greeted by Dr. Jocher verbally attacked what would only occur to me "again" (because of my second appointment) to come late, that it is a cheek and he certainly does not treat me because I am too late. The tone was choleric and disrespectful. I wasn't even allowed to say a word in defense. I was totally scared and felt so humiliated. I ran out of the ordination crying. After that I had a panic attack and had to see my psychotherapist immediately because I suffer from depression / burn out.
C	Christian Feilmayr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann nur das größte Lob für Hr. Dr. Jocher und sein Team aussprechen! Dr. Jocher nimmt sich wirklich Zeit für seine Patienten (wo gibt's das heute noch)! Bin kein großer Arzt-Geher, aber brauche ich mal Hilfe, fühle ich mich sehr Kompetent beraten und in guten Händen. Ebenso freundlich und zuvorkommend auch sein Team! Danke an Alle!! Can only the greatest praise for Mr. Dr. Say Jocher and his team! Dr. Jocher really takes time for his patients (where else can you find it today)! I'm not a big doctor-goer, but if I need help, I feel that I have been given very competent advice and are in good hands. His team is just as friendly and courteous! Thanks to all!!
