★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Training mit Martin macht jedes Mal großen Spaß. Hauptsächlich Training mit Eigengewicht. Mittlerweile trainiere ich mit Martin schon fast 5 Jahre einmal die Woche. Training ist immer individuell angepasst. Da gibt es kein "Einheits-Schema" Ich kann Martin nur weiter empfehlen.
Training with Martin is great fun every time. Mainly self-weight training. I have now been training with Martin once a week for almost 5 years. Training is always customized. There is no "one size fits all" scheme. I can only recommend Martin.
