Es ist unglaublich, wie intensiv und individuell sich das Training auf jeden Körper anpassen lässt. Die Einführung in die Trainingswelt des EMS war von Trainer Peter perfekt und professionell gemacht. Das EMS wäre eine perfekte Kombination zu meinem Radsportraining. Das Studio ist absolut Neuwertig und die Duschen und Umkleiden blitzeblank geputz. Und das beste: Dank Klimaanlage war bei einer Aussentemperatur von heute 32Grad , das Training bei angenehmen 24Grad möglich. Da gibts keine Ausreden mehr!!! Danke nochmal Peter und ich freue mich auf einen gscheiten Muskelkater?? Vollste Empfehlung von meiner Seite! 5 Sterne, weiter so!! As an endurance athlete, I wanted to test EMS training for a long time. Today I was allowed to do the trial training (like everyone) free of charge. It is unbelievable how intense and individual the training can be adapted to each body. The introduction to the EMS training world was done perfectly and professionally by Trainer Peter. The EMS would be a perfect combination to my cycling training. The studio is absolutely new and the showers and changing rooms are spotless. And best of all: Thanks to air conditioning was at an outside temperature of today 32 degrees, the training at a comfortable 24 degrees possible. There are no excuses !!! Thanks again, Peter and I look forward to a sore sore muscles ?? Full recommendation from my side! 5 stars, keep it up !!

Obwohl das Training sehr hart ist, fühlt man sich danach wie neu geboren und freut sich schon auf den nächsten Termin! Kann ich nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Very attentive, empathic trainer, pushes you to your limits but make sure you never cross them. Although the training is very hard, you feel like new again and looking forward to the next appointment! I can warmly recommend that!

Sehr zu empfehlen, vor allem für Sportmuffel wie mich ?! Even after 3 years still enthusiastic. The two coaches are very motivated and the studio is well maintained. Highly recommended, especially for non-sports people like me ?!
