For starters I have been growing out my eyebrows for 4 months they was a lot of hair and every patch was filled in. I specifically asked for a wax the lady (Daniella) did sugaring instead. I could just feel my eyebrows not being done right but the time she was finished not only I had patches but the tip of my eyebrow was missing and she end up over tweezing the front (larger part) of my eyebrow sou was missing hair. The whole purpose to grow my eyebrows out for 4 months is to have then done so I would not have to fill them in anymore. I literally had to pencils in my brows AT THE SALON!! I am so upset because I feel like I wasted my time growing them out just for them to be ruined. The only nice thing I can say is it is clean and they play nice music. ?

The staff were very friendly and professional, it was in an easy-to-follow location and the price:value ratio until now is unrivaled for me in Vienna. When I saw the prices considering all of the treatments I was getting I was initially worried that the service might not be as up-to-paar. But after such a great experience, I can guarantee I'll be back.

Ever since, I’ve been making nail appointments there and I was satisfied with each appointment. Until yesterday! There’s this new lady working in the reception. I called them around 12 pm and I asked to make an appointment the same day around 3 pm. She agreed then after an hour I couldn’t make it to that appointment so I called them again to cancel. She was extremely rude. Her tone changed and she said ok, didn’t even confirm to me that she’s canceling nor did she say have a good day, and ended the call!! I did not finish speaking. I called them today !! 10 mins ago, she picked up and she recognized my voice, and she said what’s your name? I told her my name and she says sorry no appointments for you today. I had to bring up the situation from yesterday and I told her that she was so rude for ending the call like that. She ignored me and said no appointments until Monday. I’m so disappointed I might have to send an email to them as well. Until they change the new lady at the reception, I’m not going back there.
