Im Gegensatz zu anderen Nagelstudios, in denen billiger und qualitativ schlechter Nagellack verwendet wird, verwendet QBL nur die hochwertigsten und teuersten Produkte, die aus den USA importiert werden. Ich bin so glücklich, diesen Ort gefunden zu haben. Sehr empfehlenswert!!! No appointments necessary. Nail technicians are super fast with the best quality. Unlike other nail salons that use cheaper and poor quality nail polish, QBL only uses the highest quality and most expensive products that are imported from the USA. I am so happy to have found this place. Highly recommended!!!

Leider hat niemand 2G kontrolliert und die Maske wird nicht wirklich konsequent getragen. Werden trotzdem gerne wiederkommen, vielleicht wird ja bis dahin besser kontrolliert :) Very gentle and thorough pedicure. My girlfriend and I loved it. Unfortunately, no one has checked 2G and the mask is not really worn consistently. Will still be happy to come back, maybe we will be better controlled by then :)

Ich wartete 30 min bis ich die Dame mal ansprach ob ich heute überhaupt noch dran kommen würde. Sie sah kurz rüber, sah wieder weg. Dann fragte ich sie nochmals. Wieder kein Antwort.. Dann sagte sie ich soll morgen kommen. Ich fragte sie ob das ihr ernst sei, denn das ist höchst unprofessionell!!! Nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung oder sonstiges. Nichts!!! Sehr unprofessionelle und unhöfliche Mitarbeiter in diesem Laden. Sowas habe ich bei Gott noch nie erlebt!!! Wirklich sehr schade um meine Zeit. Ich rate JEDEM davon ab diesen Laden zu besuchen!!! I made an appointment yesterday for 6 p.m. today. I arrived at 5:50pm and was asked to be seated. I waited 30 minutes before I asked the lady if it would be my turn today. She glanced over, looked away again. Then I asked her again. Again no answer.. Then she said I should come tomorrow. I asked her if she was serious because that is highly unprofessional!!! Not even an apology or anything. Nothing!!! Very unprofessional and rude staff at this store. I've never seen anything like that with God! Really a waste of my time. I advise EVERYONE to visit this store!!!

Ich bin nun bereits sogar Stammkunde und werde nicht mehr woanders hingehen. Die Chefin schenkt immer wieder Aktionsgutscheine her, was das ganze noch attraktiver macht. Die wenigen schlechten Bewertungen kann ich gar nicht nachvollziehen. Sich wegen 20 Minuten Wartezeit aufzuregen ist lächerlich. Vor allem wenn man ohne Termin sogar vorbeikommen kann! Habe meine Nägel vorher selber gemacht und war nirgends sonst! Since the new takeover, the quality has improved massively. The staff are very hard working and creative. I'm already a regular customer now and won't go anywhere else. The boss keeps giving away promotional vouchers, which makes the whole thing even more attractive. I can't understand the few bad reviews. Getting upset about waiting 20 minutes is ridiculous. Especially if you can even come by without an appointment! Did my nails myself before and haven't been anywhere else!

That's extremely unprofessional and frankly rude, as my time has been wasted. Edit/Answer: I was NOT late, as I was punctual - even came 10 minutes earlier to my appointment. If you take in customers throughout the day, and don't care about those who make appointments that's not the customers fault...
