Am Abend um 22:30 hängt ein Schild draußen, daß die Filiale, mit den Geldautomaten drinnen, "wegen Wartungsarbeiten "ein paar MINUTEN (!)" geschlossen ist". Natürlich ist nichts passiert, wie auch. Die Leute haben auf der Straße gewartet, weil sie Geld abheben wollten und haben sich - zu Recht - gefrotzelt gefühlt. Auserdem ist das Foyer oft schon vor 24 Uhr geschlossen, es gibt Lokale in der Nähe, die Leute wollen Geld abheben, man weiß nie, ob man noch hineinkommt oder nicht. Schade, das Ambiente der Filiale wäre nett und sauber. Tut's was, BKS!? Incredible. In the evening at 10:30 p.m. a sign hangs outside that the branch, with the ATMs inside, "is closed" for a few MINUTES (!) Due to maintenance work. Of course, nothing happened, as well. People waited on the street because they wanted to withdraw money and - rightly so - felt stiff. In addition, the foyer is often closed before midnight, there are bars nearby, people want to withdraw money, you never know whether you can still get in or not. Too bad the ambience of the branch would be nice and clean. Do something, BKS! ?
