I	I. Kurzmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War heute zum 3 mal in der Filiale, immer reserviert und unfreundlich die Mitarbeiter. Es wurde mir dann doch von einer jungen Frau geholfen. Bin sehr enttäuscht, da alles so kompliziert geworden ist und man keinen Ansprechpartner findet. ☹️ Was today for the 3 times in the branch, always reserved and rude the staff. It was then helped me by a young woman. I am very disappointed because everything has become so complicated and you can not find a contact person. ☹️

Geld wird für gar keine Leistung einfach abgehoben!! Für "Reklamation" (kostet 20 Euro) müsste man in die Filiale kommen... not even 1 point value .... SORRY !!! Instead of giving normal help, or instead of giving useful advice, just cheek and rip-off. Money is simply withdrawn for no service at all !! For "complaints" (costs 20 euros) you would have to come to the branch ...
A	April Valente on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keine Kundenorientiertheit und Abzocke! Ich versuche seit dem Tod meines Vaters 2014 ein Konto zu schließen, bei dem ich selbst Miteigentümerin bin. Die Verlassenschaft ist seit 6 Jahren abgeschlossen, und die Bank ist nicht fähig, das Konto zu schließen! Das Konto ist mit ca 17.- Euro im Minus. Ich wollte das Minus ausgleichen und das Konto schließen, was mir die Bank verweigert, da sie meint, das Konto wäre noch in der Verlassenschaft. Wie gesagt, die Verlassenschaft ist seit 6 Jahren abgeschlossen! Aber Kontoführungsspesen bucht die Bank fröhlich weiter ab. Sowohl die Geschäftsführerin wie die Angestellten sind absolut unfähig und unfreundlich. Als Kunde kommt man sich als Bittsteller vor, dabei lebt die Bank von unserem Geld. Nie wieder Erste Bank! No customer orientation and rip-offs! Since the death of my father in 2014, I've been trying to close an account that I'm a co-owner of myself. The probate has been closed for 6 years and the bank is unable to close the account! The account is in the red with about 17 euros. I wanted to make up for the minus and close the account, which the bank refuses to do because they think the account is still in the estate. As I said, the estate has been closed for 6 years! But the bank happily continues to debit account management fees. Both the manageress and the employees are absolutely incompetent and unfriendly. As a customer, you feel like a supplicant, and the bank lives from our money. Never again Erste Bank!

They refuse to take US government cheques leaving me stuck with a useless cheque and now hours on the phone with the IRS to convert to electronic payment. They never told me this when I opened my account of course. And then the guy at the bank just tells, "Sorry, this is 2021". Hey buddy, in 2021 cheques still exist! Awful employees.
