Die Mitarbeiter heben nicht mehr ab, wenn ich anrufe, im Büro werden Rückrufe versprochen und nicht eingehalten, das Paket ist offenbar verloren und keiner will dafür verantwortlich sein.... Vor der Lieferung ein SMS, nachher noch ein Anruf und kurz vor Lieferung noch ein Anruf vom Lieferanten selbst. Wäre es nur bei den anderen Firmen auch so unkompliziert...TOP. Danke! We have had very good experience with this company today. Before the delivery an SMS, afterwards another call and shortly before the delivery another call from the supplier himself. If only it were so uncomplicated with the other companies ... TOP. Thank you!

Weil die Lieferzeit 2 Wochen beträgt müssen wir deshalb unseren gesamten Küchenmontagetermin verschieben. 2. Am neuen Liefertermin für Versuch Nr. 2, sitze ich von 7 bis 11 Uhr Zuhause und warte auf den Lieferanten, der NIEMALS AUFTAUCHT. Ich wurde weder angerufen, noch hat jemand angeläutet. Erst nach meinem 11. !!! Anruf bei der Serviceline erbarmt sich jemand abzuheben und erklärt mir, dass der Lieferant bereits bei mir war, er das Gerät aber nicht zuliefern konnte. Ich habe somit Pech gehabt, das Gerät kann mir heute nicht mehr zugestellt werden. Das ist jetzt schon der 2. Tag, den ich mir freispielen musste um das Gerät entgegenzunehmen und jetzt soll ich das ein DRITTES MAL machen??? Wer kommt für meine/n Kosten, Mühen und Aufwand auf??? Laut Gebrüder Weiss habe ich Pech gehabt... The most incapable, unreliable and dishonest supplier EVER !!!!!!! 1. The device is delivered to us damaged on the first try. Because the delivery time is 2 weeks, we have to postpone our entire kitchen assembly date. 2. On the new delivery date for trial no. 2, I sit at home from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. and wait for the supplier who NEVER shows up. I was not called, nor did anyone ring the bell. Only after my 11th !!! Calling the Serviceline, someone has the courage to answer the call and explains to me that the supplier has already been with me but was unable to deliver the device. I was unlucky, the device can no longer be delivered to me today. This is already the 2nd day that I had to clear the line to accept the device and now I should do it a THIRD TIME ??? Who pays for my costs, efforts and effort ??? According to Gebrüder Weiss, I was unlucky ...
