★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kunden - Politik ist gleich Null. Personal unfreundlich. Werde ich nie wider dort gehen. Überhaupt Bipa ist schrecklich zum vergleich mit anderen Drogerien.
 Customer policy is zero. Unfriendly staff. I will never go back there. In general, Bipa is terrible compared to other drug stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sortiment ist sehr gut, alles da wad man braucht. Personal sehr gestresst, meistens unhöflich, und sauer . Verfolgen sehr "strikte" anweisungen , können kein aige zudrücken, so wie man es in anderen geschäften kennt. Unterste schublade!
Assortment is very good, everything is there you need. Staff very stressed, mostly rude, and angry. Follow very "strict" instructions, cannot squeeze aige, as is known in other shops. Bottom drawer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kondenorientierung ist ein Wirz nur! Personal unfreundlich. Wollte ware zurückgeben sagt ma glube Filialleiterin es geht nicht eis war mal schon ausprobiert (ein gerät für die Wohnung Aromadiffuser mit Rechnung) und sagt sie dann sie hat dann probleme wenn sie es retour nimmt!
Kondenorientierung is a Wirz only! Staff unfriendly. Wanted would return says ma glube store manager is not about ice was once already tried (a device for the apartment Aroma Diffuser with invoice) and then she says she has problems then when she takes it back!
