★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unpünktlich kamen 2,5 Stunden nach dem Termin. Leider hatten wir auch, was den Service, betrifft keine gute Erfahrung. Bei uns musste einige Teile der Therme ausgetauscht werden die laut dem Installateur 2 Jahre Garantie haben. Die Rechnung habe ich sofort per Mail erhalten während sie noch da waren und ich musste sofort überweisen. Sie blieben solange da. Leider habe ich die Details der Rechnung nicht sofort angeschaut. Es stand nur darauf Pauschalpreis. Die ausgetauschten Teile sind nicht angegeben, somit keine Transparenz was tatsächlich gemacht/ umgetauscht wurde. Seit 2 Monaten versuchen wir sie vergeblich zu erreichen. Beantworten die Mails nicht und gehen nicht ans Telefon. Wie verschollen.
 On time came 2.5 hours after the appointment. Unfortunately, we also had a bad experience with the service. We had to replace some parts of the thermal bath which, according to the installer, have a 2-year guarantee. I received the invoice immediately by email while they were still there and I had to transfer immediately. They stayed there for so long. Unfortunately, I did not immediately look at the details of the invoice. It was just a flat rate. The replaced parts are not specified, so there is no transparency as to what has actually been done / exchanged. For two months we have been trying to reach them unsuccessfully. Do not answer the emails and do not answer the phone. How lost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Notservice am Freitag Abend war nach1 1/2 h da. Leider die Therme Totalschaden. Austausch hat dann totz technischer Probleme gut funktioniert - Kamen etwas spätet als angekündigt, sind dann aber bis 21h geblieben. Pauschalpreis günstig und ohne Diskussion eingehalten - keine Über/Nachtstunden verrechnet. Sehr gerne wieder - bin der Meinung, dass die Qualität von Handwerkern erst ersichtlich wird wenn etwas nicht funktioniert und das haben die Jungs super hinbekommen
Emergency service on Friday evening was there after 1 1/2 hours. Unfortunately the thermal bath total loss. The exchange then worked well despite technical problems - arrived a little late than announced, but then stayed until 9pm. Flat rate cheap and adhered to without discussion - no overtime / night hours charged. With great pleasure again - I am of the opinion that the quality of craftsmen only becomes apparent when something does not work and the guys did a great job
