★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte ein Media-Shop Produkt, dass ich über diese Bipa-Fililale bezogen habe, zurück geben. Da wurde mit gesagt, dass das nur über Media Shop selber geht. Dort angerufen wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich das dort zurück geben muss von wo ich es gekauft habe...also Bipa. Bin dann zum Bipa in Neunkirchen gefahren und dort hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. In Zukunft meide ich diese "Filiale".
I wanted to give back a media-shop product that I got from this Bipa-Fililale. Since it was said that this is only about Media Shop itself. There I was told that I have to give it back from where I bought it ... so Bipa. Then I drove to Bipa in Neunkirchen and everything went smoothly there. In future, I avoid this "branch".

I was told by a Bipa employee that I opened and used a product and then had to pay for it - very unfriendly and cheeky.
