★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin seit 5 Jahren Kundin in dieser Filiale, früher total normal und hilfsbereit (wünsche mir kein breites Grinsen und einen ausgerollten Teppich), seit einiger Zeit neue Gesichter und extrem ins negative verändert, ich weiß nicht ob es an der Führung liegt oder an den Personen selbst die dort arbeiten.
Wie gesagt, für mich muss keiner gezwungener Maßen gut aufgelegt sein, von mir aus muss man mich nicht mal grüßen.
Aber das Personal ist zum Teil wirklich ungut und wirkt total Gierig. Selbst untereinander eine ungute Art miteinander zu sprechen.
Irgendwas rennt dort total falsch,

I have been a customer in this branch for 5 years, in the past totally normal and helpful (I don't want a big grin and a rolled out carpet), for some time new faces and extremely negative, I don't know whether it's because of the tour or because of the People themselves who work there.
As I said, I don't have to be in a good mood for me, I don't even have to say hello.
But the staff is sometimes really bad and seems greedy. Even a bad way to talk to each other.
Something is totally wrong there

Was in this branch today (July 20th) and was really happy about the nice and helpful staff! You almost felt like a longtime friend;)

Unfortunately, although lockdown, the mask requirement was not complied with by two customers ... without any response.
