Wirklich seltsam... Strangely, there is never what I am looking for ... If you call, you will be ignored. You register at dm on martinschtraße and get everything. Really strange ...

Unfortunately, despite what felt like 100 customers at the checkout, no 2 was opened. Therefore boring waiting at the cash register.

Nach Rückfrage in der DM-Zentrale unter der 0800-Nummer, ob schon geöffnet sei (wegen Umbau), bestätigte man a) die Verfügbarkeit eines Produktes und b) dass die Filiale seit gestern (Donnerstag 7.9.17) geöffnet sei. Ich ging dann nach dem Telefonat extra dort hin. .... geschlossen .... Ware wird aus Containern ausgeladen und eingeschlichtet. Die "freundliche" Mitarbeiterin meinte ... steht doch draußen am Fenster, dass geschlossen ist.... Ich habe dann ein gleichwertiges Produkt bei einem anderen Fachgescshäft gekauft. I got a certain product (private label) from DM recommended by friends. After asking the DM headquarters at 0800 whether it was already open (due to renovation), they confirmed a) the availability of a product and b) that the branch had been open since yesterday (Thursday, September 7th, 2017). I went there after the phone call. .... closed .... Goods are unloaded from containers and settled. The "friendly" employee said ... is outside the window that is closed .... I then bought an equivalent product from another specialist store.
