L	Lillian Liszkay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent almost 100€ a week ago, both owner and shop attentant of course surprised and happy. All items were gifts, as i meantioned at the point of sale... It is 5 working days later , and some boooks i gifted, my friend already and i thought returning them would be no problem . Assistant has just refused 2 perfectly unread books and a lot of customers . I am a service professional and would never let this happen. Exchange policy must be made clearer, I would have never bought the books in the first place, based on this policy and if the Assistant had done her job properly. you are losing and have lost, a repeat customer. I was happy to get store credit, anything, i just dont need a useless present.. I regret the now loss of my 100€, this shop does not deservve such a good contribution. Simply terrile customer service and no feel for people. And me spreading bad word of mouth.
