★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es riecht stark nach Chemie - Putzmittel oder Parfüms - das gibt's in allen diesen Läden aber hier war es besonders auffällig.
 There is a strong smell of chemicals - cleaning products or perfumes - you can find them in all these shops, but here it was particularly noticeable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin 4 Jahre dort glücklicher Kunde gewesen. Jetzt gibt es dort aber neues Personal. Das alte Personal hat gegrüßt und man wurde sehr respektvoll behandelt. Jetzt wird man behandelt als wäre man das allerletzte und als würde man stören, falls man überhaupt wahr genommen wird. Und unordentlich ist die Filiale jetzt auch. Gut das ich auf DM ausweichen kann!!
I have been happy customer there 4 years. Now there are new staff. The old staff greeted and they treated you very respectfully. Now you are treated as if you were the very last one and as if you were disturbed if you were even perceived. And messy is the branch now too. Good that I can dodge on DM !!
